JIMIN'S POV"She lost quite a bit of blood, causing her to faint. She just needs some rest."
Looking at her pale face and bruised body, I silently swore to protect her from then on."Hey..."
She opened her eyes, adjusting to the sudden light. "Where am I?"
"You're at the hospital."
She sat up. "NO!" Shaking her head, she swore for what seemed an eternity. "No no no..."
"Calm down. You can get help here!"
"No! No no no."
Then she ran.
"STOP!"
She kept running.
She ran on and on. Her leg! Oh no. She's not supposed to move. I watched as the wound reopen and blood spill out. "Ah!"
she cried, slowing down but continuing to run.
"PLEASE STOP!" This was bad. Where is she going?
I ran after her, but she was already at her destination. Oh no. The dark alley. Her dad.I heard her before I saw her. "DAD I'M SORRY! PLEASE FORGIVE ME!"
"SHUT UP!"
Then I heard a loud crash. Silence.
I pulled open the rusty door. A terrible odour floated around the place. I squinted and looked around the dark murky room. A large figure sat on the ground with beer bottles and cigarettes everywhere. Her dad. He snored loudly, mumbling things that do not make sense. Where is she?A soft moan came from the side of the room. I rushed over. She was lying amongst piles of broken bottles "Hey! Wake up! Where are you hurting?"
I lifted her head up against my shoulders. "Don't leave me...please..." I felt something wet go down my arm. Blood. Gasping, I realised the blood came from behind her head. Oh no. This is bad. Very bad."You need help."
"No...please don't..." she groaned.
"But you're dying!"
"It doesn't matter!" No one's going to grieve for me!" her voice was dying.
"It matters to me! I love you."
And with that I smacked my lips against hers.- 2 years later -
I stopped for a moment and took a deep breath. Clutching at the beautiful flowers, I walked over to the bench. She was there. As beautiful as she could ever be. "I missed you." She smiled. Her face glowed with happiness but that happiness disappeared as I came back to reality.I placed the flowers down and stroked the cool gravestone. "Have you been well?" Tears stung my eyes but I refused to cry. She was brave and never cried. I imagined her smiling, "Yes." I could almost hear her voice.
"I...I...love you." Tears spilled.
