You wake from your slumber feeling somewhat energized. You look around and see that Luz is not in the room

Y/N: (I wonder where she's at. I hope I can fix whatever that is between me and her)

You slowly get up, but you hear a voice.

???: Edaa!

Y/N: That's sounds like Luz, alright (I best get down there and see what happened exactly.)

You walk through the hallway and down the steps and look around to see no one, so you walk further, still looking for at least anyone. After you look everywhere except for the basement, you hesitate on going into the basement, but on instinct, you go and grab your axe. After grabbing said axe, you go over to the basement door. You start to hear freakishly creepy noises but begrudgingly walk down the steps. Then you see a twisted version of Kings' skull head thingy and an even more twisted version of the beast that Eda turned into once. You closed your eyes tight and when you opened them and you get at the end of the steps to find an extremely bloody and twisted version of your best friend Luz with pitch black eyes and sharp shark like teeth, you turn around to see IT staring back creepily and slowly walking towards you instinctively. You punch it in response, causing it to fade away. The beast begins to fade as well, and you look around to see the twisted skull that reminded you of King seems to have faded away as well . You start to see 99 eyes just staring right back at you no matter what you did. You then hear a voice from the darkness.

???: No matter wherever you go and whatever you do, you will always be a MONSTER.

As all three things emerge from the darkness combined into this hideous and terrifying mess of all of them with mixed features from all of them.

Y/N: Sure, I will.

With that, you start walking back up the stairs when you reach the top of the stairs. You slam the door closed and walk over to the couch and set your axe down then you pull your phone out and text the group chat and text Willow and Gus to see if healing magic is just physical wounds or more mental trauma and less of physical wounds.

Willow: Sadly, I think it's just physical, nothing more.

Gus: I think I agree with Willow.

Willow: Why do you ask in the first place, is something is wrong? Y/N.

Y/N: I was seeing terrible hallucinations when I walked down into the basement. I don't want to talk about it other than that, ok.

Gus: Oh ok I've got to go to class. I'll talk to you later, Y/N.

Willow: I've got class to see you around Y/N.

You bid your goodbyes to Gus and Willow and turn your phone off, and take a nap. After said nap, you awaken around noon. You see a few off brand chex mix, so you decide to eat a bag.

Y/N: I wonder if it's noon here it's noon somewhere in the human realm. That's the real question on my mind right now. (Besides as to why I was seeing things when I was down in the basement.)

Hooty: Y/N you're up, Eda said for me to tell you that she and King went to take Luz to hexide and are running errands hoot hoot.

Y/N: Thanks for the information. Hooty, I could have used it when I got down here in the first place.

Hooty: I forgot ok jeez you don't need to be mad about it.

You go put your axe near the front door, then you go back to lay on the couch and rest your mind after the nightmare experience in the basement. You train till Eda and co are back and after hours of training their backyard area.

Y/N: I honestly don't want to know what happened with you guys.

King: Yeah, maybe that's for the best that you didn't know.

You go and hug Luz, and a second later, she hugs back.

Y/N: Luz, I'm sorry for not really spending time with you.

Luz: It's ok. I get it, Y/N I'm fine.

Y/N: Sure, you don't sound like you're fine. What's on your mind, old friend.

Luz: I just feel like you're forgetting about me.

Y/N: Luz, you're my best friend and the bestest at that. I just love spending time with all of my friends, and I'll protect you with my life.

Luz walks upstairs, and you hear a door shut.

Y/N: ( I hope I didn't make it worse with saying all that)

You walk out of the house feeling confused. You take a walk in the forest to clear your mind. You get your phone out and text Willow and Gus.

Y/N: I spent some time with Luz, and she just seems angry. Do you guys think that I did something wrong.

Willow: I honestly don't think that you did do anything wrong Y/N maybe it was just bad timing.

Y/N: It could be, but it probably is that, but she knows I'm not the best with my words. Though I am trying to do something about it, I think she probably knows, though. Maybe I should just give her some space and check in on her every now and then.

Willow: That could work besides you know her the most out of me and Gus.

Y/N: This is just stupid. I should just tell her how I feel.

Willow: I don't know about this Y/N.

Y/N: I will probably be fine, but thanks for caring, Willow.

With that, you turn off your phone and see that it's getting dark out. You walk back to the owl house. You walk through the door and then quietly walk up the stairs, then into your room. And get ready to lie down in your sleeping bag. You see that Luz is still up, so instead of just going to sleep, you talk to her.

Y/N: Luz, look, I'm sorry for today, but know that I'll always love you for being...

You lose consciousness, and Luz rushed over to your side as she held you in her arms.

Luz: Y/N!
