Night falls, everyone's alseep. Except for me.

I'm scrolling through the internet to find an appropriate job which would be suitable for me.

I couldn't stand to work with Sebastian any longer.

Soon, I come across a bartender hire, at a club which I don't live too far away from.

They accept any job applications for those above the age of 21.

"This is a perfect job for me!" I say, confidently.

"It has good pay and possibly a nicer boss..."

Suddenly, my mind focusses on Sebastian at the word 'boss'.

An idea hits me: Wouldn't it be funny if I go into work tomorrow and tell him that I quit?

Good one, Y/N!

Excited about my new plan, I shut my eyes and doze off into a deep sleep.

The next morning:

I woke up bright and early this morning with a huge grin on my face.

"It's time." I remind myself. "I can finally leave that damn job."

I put on my boring casual clothes this time; he doesn't deserve my best attempt at impressing him.

Besides, it's not like he cares or pays attention about what I wear anyway...

I arrive at work, and see Nicole glancing at me across the room. She starts gossiping about me to another colleague in amusement but I honestly don't care.

This is the last time that I'll ever see her again.

...I hope.

I decided to ignore her and started looking for Sebastian; where is he when I actually need him?

As per usual, I approach his office. "He's definitely in there..." I tell myself.

I was right.

Frantically, I knock on the door in pure excitement. The desperation to get out of this place was too strong.

"Come in." He sighs with a deep tone.

...Seems like someone's in a bad mood.

I open the door. Sebastian looks at me with a concerned look on his face.

He definitely does not like my outfit - And it seems as if he didn't expect me to come in either.

"What is it, Y/N? I'm really busy with work at the moment so please make it quick."

"Oh, don't worry! It'll only last a few minutes." I say with a slight smirk on my face, trying hard to conceal my excitement.

I take a seat at his desk.

"So, Y/N, what seems to be the issue?"

Without hesitation, I announce, "I quit. I no longer want to work with you."

The room stays silent for a moment.

Unexpecting my statement, Sebastian's ocean eyes widened. His gaze pieced through me. He did not like hearing that at all.

Suddenly, I was bombarded by a whole load of questions:

"What do you mean that you quit? Is that all you're going to tell me? Have you found a new job yet? If you have, what do you work as now?"

Unable to answer all of his questions at once, I decided to tease him a little - to give him a taste of his own medicine.

"Unfortunately, I am unable to share that kind of information to you, It's private and confidential."

Sebastian is unimpressed by my statement. His eyes look murderous and sinister.

"Are you mocking me?" he asks, "Well, it doesn't matter anymore. We're done here; you may leave."

"Of course not! I would never mock someone as kindhearted as you." I reply, whilst letting out a small laugh.

Sebastian is pissed.

I have no idea why, but seeing him angry like this is hilarious.

"Though, I have to admit, it was a pleasure working here before you started dating Nicole."

Crap. Why did I say that?

Sebastian's eyes widened in shock.
"Dating? ...Nicole? What are you talking about? I'm not dating anyone right now. Where did you get this idea from?"

...Is he being for real?

"Are you serious? So you're telling me that flirting with someone isn't dating them?"

"I don't flirt with anybody - It's unprofessional and completely unacceptable in this workplace for me to do so. Why do you care anyway, are you jealous?"

"Why on earth would I be jealous? I have a boyfriend you know; he's the sweetest being ever. You could never be like him even if you tried!"

I storm out the room once more. Luckily, it's the last time I'll ever do that again.

"Is that a challenge?" He adds, just before I leave.

I roll my eyes in disgust. "Don't gas yourself...it's embarrassing."
