So I'm just going to rush over this chapter because I don't know what to do but on the bright side I'm done with the first part of my exams 😁

Yasmine's POV
It's been a few months seen I told my parents about Nico and I and they want to meet him but he also wants to travel to Paris with me so it's just going to be a short visit to my parents place

"You got everything you need right?" Nico asked after setting the bags in the car 

"Yes Nico I do you've asked this question like a hundred times now"I held in the urge to roll my eyes

"Okay okay I just don't want you to forget anything"

"I know let's go" the drive to my parents place wasn't far and it was quite fun and joyful Nico tried singing along to all the song on his playlist which wasn't as bad as I thought it would be

"You're an awful singer Nico" I told him when we were pulling up to my parents place

"Whatever Yas, you know you love my voice" he said then winked at me
This time a actually rolled my eyes, after taking the bag we packed for the visit we rang the doorbell

"Oh Yasmine I've missed you so much" my dad hugged me immediately he opened the door

"I missed you too dad" I hugged him back

"Hello sir" Nico stretched out his hand

"Welcome" my dad said dryly ignoring his hand

"I thought you said he's okay with us" Nico whisper yelled at me

"Eh whatever he'll get over it" I walked inside to meet my mom leaving him to get all the bags

"Oh my love, you're home!" My mom exclaimed

"Hi mom, how are you?"

"Oh I'm good love and this must be the famous Nick" she hugged both Nico and I

"Yes mum but it's Nico" I corrected

"Whatever, I like calling him Nick" she waved me off and walking into the living room

"So Nick how are you I hope your treating my daughter well?" She asked

"Muuuum stop!"

"No it's fine, well I am doing the best I can and if I may say I think I'm doing a pretty good job" he said kissing my hand

"Sure" my dad scoffed at him

"Honey stop, we talked about this"My mom said trying to keep her voice down

"Well it's been a long day and I would love to show Nico my old room so..."

"He's going to stay in the guest room"

"Okay whatever" God my dad is really something

"Be nice Yasmine" Nico whispered as we carried our things upstairs

"Me?!, I should be nice?!?" I was so confused

"Yes you, you have to try and understand this is hard for him, I'm your teacher it's kind of weird heck it's really weird" he took my bags and set it down by the corner

"Well I guess you're right but still he should also try to be considerate, I've always done everything I was meant to do I've always done what they wanted me to do so why not just let me have this?" I was frustrated like seriously

"Come here" he lead me to my old bed, my mom obviously changed the sheets

"I know it's hard yeah but we just have to be patient at least he didn't overreact or try to call the cops or anything"

"Yeah I understand I'll try to be more patient" I know I sound really dumb right now but haaaa it's whatever

After about three hours of just cuddling my mom walked into the room and said dinner is about to be ready, Nico fell asleep like an hour ago or so

"Aww he looks adorable" my mom literally just cooed at a grown ass man

"Mom stop, wait let me get up and help you" I quickly got up and tried my best not to wake Nico up

"You don't have to, I know the trip must have been tiring" she tried to stop me from helping

"No it's fine plus I've rested,where's dad by the way?"

"Oh he's in our room he fell asleep on his chair so I told him to go to the room"

"Oh okay" A silence pasted over but it wasn't awkward

"So sweetheart how have you been, like really how have you been?" I know she cares and it's her job to care but honestly I've been okay well...

"Well I've been okay I guess, the only time I was really down was when everyone on campus found out that Nico and I were together"That was the worse moment of my life so far

"Oh darling I'm so sorry" I've been trying my best to stay calm and just not let it get to me but it's hard, it really is

"Yeah I'm trying to just forget about it and keep my head up but the looks people gave me the way they pointed and whispered" I couldn't hold it back the tears I've been holding back let themselves free

"Yasmine I'm so sorry I had no idea you were going through this" Nico said walking into the kitchen,
I've never wanted to just hug someone and cry into their shoulder as much as I want to right now

"It's okay"I managed to say in between sobs

"No it's not,I've been ignorant to how it would have affected you"He held me close trying to calm me down

"It's not your fault Nico I just need time to calm down and I hope this trip helps and gives everyone enough time to forget about what happened"

"Sweetheart I know it's hard but you have to remember that as far as you're happy and safe nothing else matters, not their opinions,mine,your dad's heck anyones okay"My mum added

"I know, thanks I think I'll just go lay down"

"I love you Yasmine and nothing is ever going to change that I promise" Nico said then kissed my head

"Aww that's so cute, Yas go get some sleep while Nick here helps me finish up we'll get you when it's ready, okay?"

"Okay okay thanks" I hugged both of them and went back to my room to sleep, it's about time.

I'm so sorry I haven't updated in a while, my phone was out of space so my phone automatically uninstalled Wattpad so I wasn't able to write and I didn't want to go through the whole process of trying to get more space cause I'll soon get another phone so yeah
But right now I'm using my back up phone  to   write  but    I    doubt    it'll   be   regular   Sorry Loves😭😭❤️‍🔥❤️‍🔥❤️‍🔥
