Bella Ramsey Oneshots

Beach Day

Sorry, sorry for the super short One-shot. I started writing this last week and just hated the concept.

The sun shone down on you as you laid on a small beach blanket. The sand below absorbed the heat with velocity as you tried to shield it from you. A book in hand, your eyes scanned the pages. Creating infamous images in your mind.

Bella was sitting beside you, watching has the tide went in and out. Leaving behind nothing but wet sand. "How deep do you think it is?" they asked, keeping their eyes trained before them.

You shrugged your shoulders, "Go find out." you replied. Trying to relish in the long forgotten silence that encumbered you.

A shuffling noise sounded for where Bella sat, no words being uttered as they stood up and kicked off their sandals. Sand covering her feet as he tried to make his way towards to vast sea. "Where are you going?" you asked, laying the book down into your lap.

Bella turned and began walking backwards, a small smile finding its way onto his face, "Finding out." he said, turning around once again and continuing the walk.  

Time passed as you watched Bella splash around in the water. Their hands floating along the surface as they sat down in a shallow part. Loud laughs floated through the air as two teenagers made their way towards her.

You pulled your legs in, leaning back on your hands as your knees faced the sky. The sun continued to gleam down as the teenagers walked up to Bella. Small screeches could be heard as the gathered around them.

You couldn't hear the conversation between them but saw the movement of Bella pointing over at you before getting up. They trudged through the sand with the two girls shortly behind. Water soaked the sand that laid beneath them, "Hey." you smiled as Bella plopped down beside you.

A quick kiss found its way to your cheek, "I met these girls," Bella said gesturing to the teens, "They wanted to say hi."

You nodded in acknowledgment, "Well, Hi." you say awkwardly. Giving your hand a small wave.

The two girls said their 'Hi's and turned to each other, whispering amongst themselves as they giggled. "Could we...get a photo?" one of them asked, their hands clasped together in a begging form.

You looked toward Bella, waiting to see his confirmation. He smiled and nodded, as you reached for their phone. "Alright, go sit next to Bella." you instructed with a smile, waiting as the girls sat next to your partner.

The look on one of their faces dropped, "You're not...getting in the pic?" she asked confused.

Your eyebrows rose, "I...didn't know you wanted me in it." you replied honestly.

"Of course we do! C'mon." the other girl said quickly.

Bella grabbed your arm, pulling you into their side as they wrapped his arm around your waist. Raising your arm and pointing the camera towards the group, you pressed the button. Capturing a moment that the two girls would never forget.

Once the picture was taken, Bella scooped the phone out of your hand. Lowering the phone from their face and snapping a few pictures before handing it back to the girls. They squealed excitingly and left giddily. "Well, they're happy." you laugh quietly, guiding Bella and you back to your stuff.
