Chapter 19: Embraces under the night light

Tori is the first to breaks the silent. "Are you having fun playing with William feeling," Tori asks. "What!" Erica with a confuse look turn to look Tori in her cold serious tone eyes. "You are a teacher, his teacher. You couldn't be doing this with William. Not to mention that you are with Dante."  

"What about William? isn't he doing the same to me with you," Erica asks. "So, something is really going on between you and William. Do you think William will love you forever, you are twice his age, what will happen when you start to get older, he would get tired of you. Do you really want to take that risk?" Tori asks. Erica slams her hand down on the bathroom sink. 

"William isn't that type of guy!" Erica voice echo throughout the bathroom. "You don't know that" Tori replied. "I don't," Erica replied back softly.  "Are you fine with how your relationship stands now, hiding it from the world like this, do you feel fine with spreading time with others just so everyone around you  don't get suspicious of your relationship?" 

Erica cluck fist close to her chest. "No, I don't, every time I see William with you It hurt me, a lot." 

"You know that you can't be with William, you can't keep your relationship hidden forever. You can't keep hurting each other like this forever. If the school find out you can lose the job you work so hard to get, and what do you think would happen to William. He could be expelled from school because of it, he would lose his change to make a better life for himself and Linda. 

All his hard work will go to waste, do you really want to take that away from them?" Tori asks with a seriously expression. Erica didn't know what to say, in her mind she has lost this battle. "I am finish," Linda said coming out of the bathroom. "Linda seeing Erica distress face ask Miss Erica if she is alright, you look like you are crying?" 

"No, I fine, quickly go back to your brother he must be worried," Erica said while wiping the odvious tears from her face. After Linda left the bathroom with Tori. Erica is now loss in her own emotion. She always thought about the consequences for being with William many times before. 

Tori words are words Erica ask herself every time she is with William. Every time their lips brass against each other. Every time their naked skin rugs against themselves. Every second of them loving each other. Those words rush through her pleasure filled mind many times. But in the end, she always gives in to the desire. 

But now after hearing it from someone else. She is now truly realizing how selfish she has been. What happen between her, and William should never happen again. Is what Erica kept telling herself deep down in her soul. 

Erica should have ended it the first time around but couldn't bring herself to do it because for her own selfishness. Not just her but William as well could lose everything they work hard for. 

Later that night a buffet line was being held in the lobby of the hotel. William and his group were able to join because of the lottery winning ticket. Erica and her group ar there as well thank to their ticket which was a special limited. Seeing each other dining at the same time in the same place everyone decides to join the groups together to dine together. Especially since most of them already know each other from school. 

Reflecting on Tori words from before, Erica was a little nervous around both William and Tori who is sitting in front of each other. It was especially hard for her seeing how chummy Tori was getting with William. 

Playing and teasing him by stealing food of his plate. William wasn't to mad about it, he was enjoying his time with everyone including Tori. Going with her playful nature acting like a prefect couple who loves playing with each other. 

They really look so happy together, they can freely show their love of each other out in the open like this. Unlike if it was just me and William, we could never do that. "Hey, are you feeling well, come on you better eat up before your food get cold," Dante said to Erica who he saw staring out in space again.
