Hunter found himself back at Debbie's house, ready to end this once and for all.

"It's supposed to be somewhere here. Pete, grab this." Laine said as they entered the basement and she handed him some crates that were against the wall.

"This is crazy, Laine." Trevor said with a shaky voice. He had been the hardest to convince to come. "We should just leave. We shouldn't be here." Laine turned to him, shining her flashlight but froze when she saw another shadow that wasn't Trevor's behind him. "What?"

"The shadow." She said. Trevor turned to the shadow. Seconds later that shadow jumped at him and knocked him down, grabbing him and dragging him into another room and slamming him against the wall.

Pete ran after him. "Trevor! Trevor!" As he entered the room Trevor was in, the door slammed shut behind him.

Sarah banged her hand against the door. "Pete! Trevor! Pete!"

"Laine! Keep going!" Pete yelled from inside the room.

"Hunter, I need your help!" Laine said. Hunter moved over to her to help her move more boxes that was blocking their entrance way. After they moved it, Laine broke the metal bars and threw them to the side.

Hunter grabbed her arm softly. "Let me go."

"I'm the one that made us play the game. I should be the one to go." Laine insisted.

He shook his head and put his hands on her cheeks. "I lost Debbie, I'm not going to lose you to. I'll be back." He kissed her forehead, not letting her argue before he bent down in front of the entrance. It was small and he had to crawl through on his knees.

He used his hand to move the cob webs out of the way. His pathway was blocked by a bunch of wooden planks and he shoved himself through them.

"Hunter, you okay?" Laine asked with worry.

"Yeah, I'm still going." He continued on and entered another room. It was full of dust and spider webs. It hadn't been touched for years. He shined his light around the room until he saw a body being covered by a sheet. He walked towards it and saw stones were over its eyes.

Was this Doris?

He took the stones off and pulled back the sheet, revealing the corpse of the little girl.

"Hunter!" Laine called again, not liking his quiet it had gotten.

"Stay there. I found her." Hunter responded to her. His flashlight began to flicker and he hit it with the palm of his hand. "No, no, no, not now. Come on. Stop. Come on!"

The light continued to flicker, making it nearly impossible to see. He frowned and put the flashlight to the side as he saw a stack of matches. "That'll work." He mumbled.
