Charles: what are your favourite brunch foods?
[9:46am]
Unknown Number: you certainly have interesting ways to start a conversation with someone you met a few days ago
Charles: very true
Unknown Number: why?
Charles: well I'm meeting my siblings for brunch and I have no idea what to get
Unknown Number: a cooked meal is good such as an English Breakfast however omelettes are rather tasty then again you could always go with a sandwich
Charles: you are very unhelpful you know
Unknown Number: I try
Charles: I think I may go with an English Breakfast however it's just not the same without a cup of tea
Charles: and Americans can't make tea properly
Unknown Number: that is true, wait your British?
Charles: born and bred. Grew up in Oxford, went to University there then me and my siblings moved to the New York to get away from our parents after my sister finished Uni
Unknown Number: so your a nerd
Charles: sounds accurate, what about you mystery man, where are you from?
Unknown Number: I'm half German, grew up there untill I was 15 when my mother died. Was moved to New York by my dad soon after. Been here ever since
Charles: I'm sorry for your loss
Unknown Number: thank you
[12:09pm]
Charles: I changed my mind and went with a sandwich
Unknown Number: you are an odd man Charles
Charles: I have been told, I think it comes as part of my job
Unknown Number: fair enough
Charles: I enjoyed our conversation this morning, I'd like to get to know you more
Unknown Number: I was surprised that I enjoyed it too Charles. I would like to get to know you better
Charles: do you have any siblings?
Unknown Number: no, how many siblings do you have?
Charles: I'm the oldest of 5
Unknown Number: wow that's a lot of kids, tell me more
Charles: well I'm the nerd, the gay one and the one who apparently acts like an old man
Unknown Number: I want to hear more about the old man part however continue
Charles: next is my sister Lily she's 26, she's the artistic sibling, always drawing something or other, most of the time it's women. She is also gay.
Charles: after that there's the twins who are 23, Logan and James who are completely different. Logan has a bad-boy reputation while James is more of the athlete type
Unknown Number: I think I would like Logan
Charles: for some reason so do I. He's the boy who rode around on a motorcycle with a leather jacket and cigarettes as a teen
Unknown Number: sounds fun
Charles: the youngest is Eleanor, she's like me. Incredibly smart, always has her nose in a book and is definitely the most successful sibling.
Unknown Number: what does she do?
Charles: I have no idea, I think it's something like risk management all I know is that she is making 6 figures at 21
Unknown Number: impressive
Charles: I am definitely closest with Eleanor, she always shared my passion for academics and she always gives me romance advice
Unknown Number: oh really what does she say
Charles: if he's sexy, fuck him, if he's nice date him, if he's smart be yourself with him, if he's all three, marry him and if he's none, get the fuck away from him
Unknown Number: how inspirational
Charles: I swear she doesn't take the advice herself though, she's too busy obsessing over fictional characters
Unknown Number: fair enough
Charles: I've talked too much. What do you like doing in you free time?
Unknown Number: It's ok Charles. I like to cook, read and play the piano what about you.
Charles: you can cook?
Unknown Number: yes, you can't?
Charles: nope I'm hopeless
Unknown Number: you are a 27 year old man who can't cook
Charles: yeah yeah laugh at me all you want. However I am rather good at baking
Unknown Number: really?
Charles: yes. I like baking, reading and playing the piano
Unknown Number: wow we are similar
Charles: indeed. What films do you like?
Unknown Number: I like the marvel films
Charles: you Mr Unknown Number have become my favourite person ever
Unknown Number: congratulations Charles you successfully made me smile
Charles: that's good
Unknown Number: what books do you read?
Charles: any, although I am partially fond of classics what about you?
Unknown Number: brutal murder books
Charles: ha same as my sister. I think by the time she was 13 she had read every murder book in the teen section.
Unknown Number: I think I would like to meet your sister
Charles: not before meeting me I hope darling
Unknown Number: of course
Charles: my sister is glaring at me
Unknown Number: you had better go then
Charles: probably best, she's scary
Unknown Number: goodbye Charles
Unknown Number: see you later
