As in the description, I would like to introduce you to the history of the world of Remnant from the perspective of the Jaune Arc. With admittedly many significant changes. I hope you will like it. If you have any comments or opinions, please leave a comment or a rating. Also, please forgive me grammatical errors. English is not what I use every day, but I will try to improve my skills. I wish you a pleasant reading.

The sounds of fighting could still be heard on the docks as well as the glow of the fire. It was the result of the chaos that the white fang managed to cause with the last of its strength, the last "heroic" upsurge of forces that was supposed to be the grand finale of the crusade against humanity, and in fact it was only a smoke screen, which was supposed to provide the higher-up members with a chance to escape. Sacrifice hundreds so that a few might escape, once I would have been angry at the thought of such a thing, but now, well, I didn't feel much anymore, except, how to put it, a cold satisfaction at what was sure to happen next.
I opened the gate to the warehouse to which the radar led me, slowly walked inside, closed the gate behind me and then knocked down the nearby bookcase so that it additionally blocked the passage and moved forward. The interior was poorly lit so I turned on my own flashlight and headed towards my goal, Suddenly, I saw blood trails leading deeper into the warehouse
No, I won't let you bleed out here, until I get my answers.
Finally, at the very end of the warehouse, leaning against the wall, in wet and dirty clothes, with a compression bandage on his arm, sat my target. Roman Torchwick.
He was pale in the face with a tired look on his face but he was alert and aware and that was more than enough for me. I approached him slowly and carefully, I knew how dangerous this man could be, finally he noticed me, at first his face showed surprise and fear, but it only lasted for a moment because immediately with a mocking smile he said
-hello Jaune you look good, are you changed diet? tell me M Y F R I E N D how's Pyrrha- I walked calmly, nothing this man is trying to achieve matters, all that matters is that he knows the answer to my question, though come to think of it, why not play with him one last time? I stopped a few steps in front of him, then drew my sword and, examining its sharp edge.
-Doing just as well as Neo- I watched with satisfaction as that nasty smirk disappeared from his face and replaced with disbelief and anger.
-You filthy liar, I know Neo is escaping you, he's far away, safe and with plenty of dust- I shook my head in denial and took two more steps towards him, twirling with my sword.
-Romana, we're countering the entire area right now, do you really think she managed to escape safely?- A low and grim laugh echoed throughout the warehouse .
-You controlling the area? is that what you call the constant sounds of fighting, raging fires and increasing civilian casualties? please don't make me laugh- I decided to crouch down in front of him and look him in the eye, he didn't have his cane with him or the dust tanks on his belt, even his famous hat had disappeared somewhere. the hair on his head was in disarray, it was all dirty and wet, there were streaks of dried blood on his right arm and a makeshift tourniquet made of some kind of rag above them. Overall it looked shabby so I decided to change my approach and in a low voice I said.
-Does that even matter to you at this point? just tell me what i want to know and let's get this over with, okay?- Torchwick looked up, and our eyes met.
-Why don't you tell me first how you found me so quickly, huh? I was hoping to get some rest in this cozy warehouse, but no. And on top of that, you found me, although I shouldn't be surprised, you follow me around like a shadow.- It wasn't what I wanted to hear, but I knew what he was up to, he was stalling waiting for reinforcements to help. He might have been right about Neo. she really could have gotten away with it, but he was wrong about the rest. we were taking control of this area, and all the enemy forces were in retreat, no one would come to his rescue. I sighed heavily and pointed to his wound.
-The arrow that shot you. They had a transmitter in the grotto. it had to be removed, not just broken off a fin- My interlocutor nodded resignedly.
-Unfortunately, there was no medic around, never mind. So how will it be? will you take me out of here on a stretcher? because I can't go alone, will you lock me up in some cozy cell, hoping that I'll give you some useful information? or AHHH!!!- He probably wanted to say something else, but I got bored with this aimless conversation, my sword pierced his knee in an instant and now I watched as he began to squirm with pain. I tightened my hand on the hilt and moved the blade slightly to the side.
-Cell? hearing? Or would you like to appear in court with your defense lawyers? No my dear friend your road ends here.the only thing you can influence is how long our conversation will take. Besides, we both know you hate her too, you've been used and abandoned like a broken tool, so help me and yourself and just tell me where Cinder is.- Torchwick turned even paler, which made me fear that he was about to fall off here. Well, in that case, I'll have to use more resources to search, but at the end it'll still work. so I decided to twirl the sword in his knee again, this time more intensely. A terrible howl echoed through the warehouse, while I kept trying to look him in the eye, which was not easy because now his head was hanging down. Suddenly his lips started to move and he was obviously trying to say something but he was too quiet
He slowly lifted his head so high that our eyes met again and I could see that he was waiting for my answer, but I just shrugged because I didn't hear what he wanted to say. He swallowed hard loudly and with visible difficulty and then said
-Forgive her, spare Neo- I was surprised at what I heard, especially because this man was not in a position to make any demands, admittedly Neo did not owe us as much as he did but about amnesty or forgiveness there was no way.
-No Roman, not an option- He spat blood on the floor and I wondered if it was due to some kind of internal bleeding or maybe he just bit his tongue? -
-Then at least a fair trial, and a fair punishment- And I liked that a lot more, especially the bit about fair punishment. Yes, these are the terms I'm willing to accept.
-You have my word that we'll deal with her properly and fairly- I wasn't lying, I was really going to take Neo to justice. The fact that I already knew what punishment awaited her doesn't change that fact.
-Okay... in Minstral in two weeks Cinder has a meeting with spiders at the Lost Horseshoe Bar. she probably won't be alone. I guess that won't stop you heh... and tell her for me... that compared to Winter she's woefully weak hehe...ahahah- His laugh turned into a hoarse cough. I nodded my head in agreement, then with a quick and smooth movement I pulled the sword from his knee and pierced his heart. I watched as the life slowly drained from him as his eyes closed and his body fell limply to the side.
Done, I'm one step closer to my goal, I walked slowly out of the warehouse, sounds of fighting are silent , the raging fires seemed to die down and thunder rumbled in the distance. A storm was coming.

If you're going to continue reading, I need to clarify something. The following chapters take place long before the event you just witnessed. They take place practically at the beginning of Jaune's history. They tell about his beginnings of career as a hunter, trainings, and school life.
