As I get ready for Bill and Fleur's wedding, I can't help but feel a sense of excitement and anticipation. I've been looking forward to this day for weeks, and I know that it's going to be a day that I will never forget.
As I walk into the Burrow, I'm struck by how beautiful everything looks. The tables are adorned with flowers, the food looks delicious, and the music is already playing in the background. I make my way over to my parents, who are chatting with some friends, and give them both a big hug.
"Isn't this just lovely?" my mom says, looking around at the decorations.
"It is," my dad agrees.
We spend some time catching up with our friends, nibbling on some appetizers, and sipping on some drinks. As the time ticks by, I can feel the excitement building in my chest. It's almost time for the ceremony to begin.
Finally, the moment arrives, and we all make our way over to the ceremony site. I'm struck by how beautiful Fleur looks in her wedding dress, and I can see the love radiating off of Bill's face. It's a beautiful ceremony, and I can't help but shed a few tears.
After the ceremony, we all make our way over to the reception area, and it's an absolute blast. We dance, we eat, and we drink. It's one of those moments where time seems to stand still, and I'm completely lost in the joy of the moment.
But then, everything changes. In an instant, the reception is crashed by Death Eaters. They're looking for Harry, and chaos ensues. People are running in every direction, trying to get away from the danger.
I grab my parent's hands, and we start to make our way towards the back of the house. I can hear the sounds of spells being cast, and I can feel the heat of the battle all around us. But I keep my focus on getting them to safety.
As we round the corner of the house, I spot a small shed. It's not much, but it's better than being out in the open. I guide my parents inside, as they huddle together, listening to the sounds of the battle raging outside.
"I'll be back shortly. I'm going to go help the others and then I'll come back to get you guys when it's safe, alright?" I give them a hug and they nod in confirmation before I close the shed door.
Carefully making my way back, I saw Harry in the midst of the battle. He was dueling fiercely with one of the Death Eaters, and I knew he was the reason they had come. I felt a surge of admiration for him, even as fear gripped me.
Suddenly, a spell hit me from behind, and I stumbled, falling to the ground. Fred turned to help me up, but before he could, I saw a Death Eater approach him, wand raised.
Without thinking, I reached for my wand and aimed it at the attacker. I shouted the first spell that came to mind, and I saw the Death Eater stumble back, hit by the spell. I couldn't believe I had done it.
I continued to fight, using every spell I knew to keep the Death Eaters at bay. It was a chaotic scene, with people screaming and spells flying everywhere. I could barely see anything, with the smoke and dust clouding my vision, but I knew we had to keep fighting.
For what felt like hours, the sounds of the battle begin to die down, and we realize that it's now safe. As I make my way back to the shed, I open the door to find my parents looking at me with relief.
Once we make our way back to the house, my parents and I began to help Molly clean up the mess left by the Death Eaters, when I suddenly felt a sharp pain on the side of my thigh. Ginny noticed that I was bleeding and quickly instructed me to follow her inside to get it cleaned and bandaged up.
I winced in pain as I examined the deep cut on my thigh. I was waiting for Ginny to come back with the Medkit to help clean and bandage it. Just then, I heard someone enter the bathroom. When I looked up, I was surprised to see Fred Weasley standing in front of me.
"Hey, Sofia. I heard you got hurt. Is everything okay?" Fred asked with concern in his voice.
I felt my cheeks flush as I looked up at him. "Yeah, I'm okay. Just waiting for Ginny to come back with the Medkit," I replied, trying to hide my embarrassment.
"Ginny got called to do something, so she asked me to help you out. I hope you don't mind," Fred said, his eyes locked onto mine.
I shook my head, feeling my heart race as Fred walked over to me. As he kneeled in front of me, I couldn't help but notice how close he was to me. I felt his hand gently brush against my thigh as he began cleaning the wound.
I tried to focus on something else, but I couldn't stop thinking about how close I was to Fred. I felt his breath on my skin as he slowly wrapped the bandage around my leg.
"Thanks, Fred," I said, trying to sound casual.
Fred smiled at me. "No problem. You know, I've always thought you were really brave, Sofia. And beautiful, too."
I felt a sudden rush of emotion as I looked into Fred's eyes. I knew what I was feeling, but it was too soon to feel like that. Especially when I still have feelings for Draco.
As Fred stood up, he held out his hand to help me up. I took it, feeling a jolt of electricity as our hands touched.
No no no...Stop it Sofia.
"Are you sure you're okay?" Fred asked, looking into my eyes.
I nodded. "Yeah, I'm fine. Thanks to you," I said, feeling my heart race.
Damn it
Fred leaned in closer to me, his eyes locked onto mine. "Sofia, there's something I need to tell you," he said, his voice low.
I felt my heart skip a beat as I waited for him to continue. I knew what was coming, but I couldn't believe it was happening.
"I know we've been friends for a while now, but lately, I've been feeling something more. Something stronger," Fred said, his eyes filled with emotion.
A single tear rolled down my cheek as I gazed into Fred's eyes. "I feel the same way," I whispered, "but I'm scared it may be too soon."
Fred smiled at me his eyes twinkling with joy. "Really? Please take all the time you need. I just wanted to be honest with you about how I feel for you." he said, drawing me into a warm hug.
As I embraced him, a wave of satisfaction swept over me. I knew this was the beginning of something wonderful. But then, unexpectedly, I felt guilty as I still had feelings for Draco despite his actions.
"Sorry to cut this short," George said, a hint of amusement in his voice. "But your parents are waiting for you by the car." He gave Fred a knowing look as I walked out of the bathroom.
