The metal door of the warehouse slams shut, creating an echo across the solid concrete. He enters the back room to see his companion sitting on the couch, and had made him a sandwich.

"Thank fuck. I'm starving."

"It's your favorite, so eat it up."

"What's the special occasion?"

"It was all over the news, sir."

"I know that, idiot. I was being sarcastic," The man grins proudly, "God, feels great to be back in Oslo."

"Hey.. so I was out earlier, and I found something you might want to know."

"Like what?"

Before he answers, the man fiddles with his jacket pocket and takes out a polaroid, "This."

"So, what about it?"

"I saw her," he points at the person in it, "She was running across town."

"You saw her, and you're sure?"

"Yes, sir."

"Well, well, well. Seems like I'm back in the mix with her already." He smirks, taking a bite of his sandwich, "Tell me more."

Vinnie remained on the couch alone while Hellhammer and Euronymous ran to Helvete to grab everyone else. Vinnie should've stopped them, and she wanted to. She hated looking desperately weak. Especially in front of a group of guys who usually never gave a shit about anything else besides their music and hair. She expected them to push her on the ground, laugh, and surround her like a bunch of bullies. Or a similar image of that.
She never wanted help from boys.

But that's not what was going through her head..

The only thing Vinnie could keep her mind on was her family. Despite how many times they fought with her, and the fact they finally gave up on her. She missed them more then ever. She would try so hard to shake the tears away, because she knew deep down she shouldn't be crying for them. As she lays in the couch, hurdled in a ball, she glances down at her hand that she crumpled the note in. The little slivers sent a signal of pleasurable relief, and that was not a good sign. It only led to her wanting to go farther, but no. That's not her anymore.

The house was dangerously quiet. Dead silent. Vinnie almost totally forgot Dead was upstairs napping, and he didn't even know she was here. She then felt a wave of fatigue, and closed her eyes and began to fall into a slumber.

...

The creak of the couch woke Vinnie up, but she was too lazy to open her eyes. The cushions descend. The weight of someone's body beside her. The springs underneath the cushions  holding the pressure began to struggle as this couch was old. She then felt a rough hand touch her ankle, but her eyelids stood solidly closed.

"Vinnie?"

That voice.
Why is that voice so familiar? A voice I haven't heard in ages. Why is it here? Why is it grabbing me?

Vinnie couldn't stand it anymore, she shivered herself wide awake and saw a frightening face.

"You!" She gasps, and sits up fast.
