ANGEL CHAPTER SIX THE ROYAL WEDDING
six months after...
"i've never been so worried in my life", nebulé let out a shaky breath.
"i know, my arranged marriage had me laying in my own puddles of sweat", alicent, nebulé's friend and only friend on valyria, laughed.
ever since nebulé left the planet of coruscant -without being able to say goodbye to anakin- and landing on the planet of valyria, the people were delighted to have their princess back. they even named the day she returned as a holiday.
she reunited with her mother, aemma. but she sadly died in childbirth. she reunited with her father, king viserys. and her uncle, the rogue prince, daemon.
seeing as most girls her age were already married in valyria, her father set out to arrange her marriage.
ser laenor velaryon, heir to driftmark, was his choice. the choice was fine, politically. but it seems that laenor did not like women the way nebulé liked men. turns out they both like men.
so that was another discussion betweeen the heir of the iron throne and the heir to driftmark.
nebulé laughed as she felt most of her worries slipping away, except for that one.
the thought of seeing anakin again.
the political life of coruscant, and the jedi, were invited to the wedding. as a thank you for returning their lost princess.
that meant that obi-wan, padme and anakin would be at the wedding.
oh, anakin.
after six months, how much has he changed? does he still have his padawan braid? does he still have feelings for her? does he think of her everyday the way she thinks of him?
"now come on, we have to hurry getting you dressed, my husband is waiting for me", alicent rushed nebulé to the changing room, where they slipped on a beautiful white and gold dress. alicent placed her hands behind nebulé's neck, and wrapped a fine piece of golden jewelry around it.
that was another thing, alicent was married. nebulé didn't know exactly who she was married to. she wasn't that involved in the political world, but she knew that he was very impatient, especially with alicent.
as alicent left the room, a dozen handmaidens poured in. they immediately shoved her in her seat, and began braiding her hair to wrap into a large bun.
