Sage got ready she didn't feel like going out today but she promised pope the other day she would help him with the deliveries.
"im leaving dad now" said sage "no your aren't" Scott said, sage knew he was pissed from his tone she knew what was going to happen, sage tried to make it to the door until she got yanked back by Scott grabbing her hair.
Scott pushed her on the floor violently, "you asked for it" said Scott "what's up your ass what did you run out of drugs" said sage while letting out a little laugh. "Your the reason she's gone now so your going to pay the price" Scott said with a smirk on his face.
"Has she finally left you dad i'm not surprised look at you" sage said, sage was happy with her step mother leaving. She's glad that she got out but for sage herself she's still stuck in this house.
"Ya know what sage you are just like your mother a pathetic piece of shit, you will just turn out like your junkie mother and you may have her last name but ohh man but i see a lot more of me in you ya know I see it" said Scott. Sage knew her mother did drugs but there was some sweet mother a daughter moments too, those words still hurt sage.
Sage got up from the floor and punched him in the face "I'm not a junkie shut up and im NOTHING LIKE YOU!!" sage said. Scott had a aggressive look on his face, sage looked in scotts eyes all she could see was a heartless cold monster. She was afraid of him more than ever now.
Sage took a few steps back away from her father, she knew she was going to get it bad. "Please dad.. don't" said sage her voice began to break. "There isn't anyone to save ya now sage" Scott said as he walked closer towards sage.
Sage was in her room looking at herself in the mirror trying to hide the busted lip and the badly bruised jaw. She covered it up with concealer. She tried her best and put on a hat. She grabbed a few pills out of her bag and took them to try and get rid of the pain.
Sage left quickly before Scott came back.
"Just a bit late" said pope "i know i'm sorry i just woke up" sage said, jj put his hand out to help her in the boat.
"okay i'll go with pope" said sage "come with me this time" jj said with a sad tone, "jj shut up i went with you the last time" sage said "fineee" jj replied as he walked away.
"don't drop the beers pope" sage said while laughing, "just because u almost dropped them last time doesn't mean i will" pope replied they both continued to make fun of each other until sage heard a familiar voice.
"Hey how much for one of those beers" Rafe said, Sage looked up immediately "ohhh look who we got here hey sage, ya know we never got to finish our conversation the other day" said Rafe. "Just shut up Rafe and no those beers aren't for sale so leave us alone coke head" Sage replied Rafe scoffed "watch your mouth sage" Rafe said.
"We gotta go now" Pope said "wait you can give us one right" Rafe replied while standing in front of Pope. "There not even mine, there already paid for ok" Pope replied. Rafe had his golf stick against the bag and ripped it open.
"What the hell man" Pope said "what the fuck you dick" said Sage "you owe me for that" said Pope. Again the other bag was ripped even more the grocery's hit the sand. Rafe started to walk towards Pope "i don't owe you shit pogue" said Rafe. Pope pushed Rafe back.
Sage walked over to Rafe and punched him in the face "shut up you coke head" said Sage. Rafe scoffed "Sage remember that party that Barry had i saved you from that guy remember" said Rafe. Sage's face dropped she hoped that pope didn't hear.
"Ohhh don't they know who your good friends with" Rafe said with a smirk on his face. Before Rafe could continue Sage punched him hard right in the nose.
Topper was fighting with Pope over the beers, Sage looked behind her she saw them Sage went to run over to help Pope but Rafe grabbed her by the waist and threw her to the ground hard. Sage hit her head on a rock that was near a tree she tried to sit up and help Pope but her eyesight became blurry and she passed out.
Sage woke up a few minutes later and she saw pope laying on the ground getting hit by Rafes golf stick. Sage had blood dripping from her forehead, she still couldn't see very well but she had to help Pope no matter what.
Sage stood up and tackled Rafe and she was punching into him not just a few hits Sage was punching him repeatedly Rafes face was covered in blood Sages hand were all bloody and sore already. "Sage.. Sage... STOP!" Topper yelled at Sage.
Sage finally stopped after Topper had to drag her off Rafe. Sage sat there for a moment looking at her hands she reminded herself of her father.
"Sage.. we got to go" pope said while he grunted in pain. Sage and Pope got up and started to walk back to the boat. "This ain't over pogues, especially you Sage you wait, stay off figure eight you dirty pogues" Rafe said in the distance.
"Sage are you okay" Pope said "yes im fine are you okay"' Sage replied, "i will be.. but sage we can't tell jj" said pope "tell me what" said jj.
Pope and Sage quickly turned there heads, "nothing" said Pope, "woah what the fuck what happened to your hands Sage" jj said in a worried tone, Sage had completely forgotten about her bloody hands even tho that's all she could think about of how much she reminded herself of her father.
"Sage look at me.. pope what happened dude" jj said "we got jumped alright" said pope, "what woah who.. what happened to your face dude.. wait sage look at me" said jj.
Sage turned her head towards jj "woah woah sage your head is dripping blood" said jj as he ran over towards her. JJ took her hat off "holly shit sage you need to go to the hospital" said jj. Pope turned his head to look at Sage. "Sage.. you didn't tell me your head was bleeding" pope said in a worried tone. "Guys stop im fine alright" sage replied.
"Who? "said jj "Rafe and Topper" Pope replied "of course fucking kooks" jj said in a angry tone.
"This is a bad idea.. let's just go" Pope said, "no no this is a fantastic idea" sage said, "wait hold up who's blood is on your hands sage" jj said. Sage didn't want to talk about her hands she was horrified of the thing she done but they deserved it. "Rafes she got him real good" pope replied "yesss thats my girl" jj said.
3 hours later Sage's face began to hurt bad not just from Rafe from her fathers hits too. "That was weird Rafe said 'tell your boys and sunshine we know what yous did..' what does that mean guys" kie asked Sages heart dropped of the words 'sunshine' only Barry calls her that and only him. That made sage angry.
"Sage.. Sage.. heyyy" kie said while waving her hand back and forth in front of Sage. "What" Sage said "you zoned out" Kie replied "wait where is jj and pope.. ohh shit" said Sage as she got up and ran towards the familiar voices"
"hey pope do you feel good about yourself stealing shit" topper said. Rafe turned his head to the right, "hey sunshine I've been waiting for you" rafe said, "sage go back" jj said "ohhh this your little boyfrien.." before rafe could finish his sentence Sage had already punched him in the face. "Don't call me sunshine you fucking coke head" said sage.
Rafe spat the blood out on the ground "aww don't they know sage why you go over to a drug dealers house" Rafe replied with a smirk on his face. Sages heart dropped she hoped that he didn't tell them why and who my shitty father is.
"what.. sage?" jj said. Pope and Topper were still arguing until pope head butted him hard.
Then it begins.
