Chapter 6: Stars

"Ginger!" I immediately wiped the tears and looked down.

She brought a mat and our sleeping bags. "Come down!"

I tried going down slowly and I successfully did. "What are you doing?"

"I want to sleep here. I mean no one will see us anyway, so why not?"

"Sure." I helped her fix the mat. She didn't bring my sleeping bag. She brought a larger one. The one couples use. "Why did you bring this?"

"I told you I wanted to sleep beside you."

"Uhm okay." I went inside the sleeping bag, but Beca didn't.

"Aren't you going in?" I asked.

"Nah. It already feels warm with this sweatpants." She lay down making my tummy her pillow.

"The stars are so beautiful." She said once again. You're more beautiful.

"That's my favorite." Pointing out to the star that doesn't stand out, not the brightest, but still beautiful.

Still I couldn't understand why. "Out of all stars, why that one?"

"It's simple." Beca said with her sleepy voice.

I looked down on her while brushing her hair, and saw that she's already asleep.

I can't understand. How can someone be this beautiful.

I slowly fell asleep. I didn't want to because I don't want this night to end, but all things come to an end.
