I - Queen's Pawn

"Reach the end of the story in your own way."

"Love, Azuriana!" she giggled as her radiant smile distracted the commotion of the entire family. "Emma! You don't get to decide my life. I control it!" Azuriana's father shouting angrily. At a stormy night, Azuriana's dreams and imaginations have long saved her from the bitterness and the sloppiness of the real life. She has long wished for a loving parent, a loving family, and a loving partner. Azuriana has long read children's stories of paradise and eternal peace. But these stories are not for her. She has yet to confront the reality that she is witnessing, but before she has done that, her parents filed a divorce, leading Azuriana into the adoption center. Not long after, Azuriana found a new family, the family of Huaeixins. It consisted of four members, namely: Mui Huaeixin (Mother), Sorata Akiyama (Father), Miyozuki Akiyama (Oldest Brother), and lastly, Azuriana Huaeixin.

It wasn't long after Azuriana's life gradually started improving. Her and Miyo go to the same school, and visit each other in their free time. Azuriana has improved much in her grades, but for Miyo's side, they've been a bit average... but who cares?

Azuriana has been seen as the "weird kid" around school and has been bullied... alot. But Miyo stands up to the bullies, and for his admiration, another guy named Matt has been talking to him lately and nervously... Almost seems like these two have a connection? We'll see about that in the later chapters.

Well, one lovely day, and yes, it was a lovely day: there was a commotion in school. There was a gathering, a fight of some sort. As the person who is interested, Azuriana went, and saw Shu and Maxine. They were fighting in the school lobby, and both of them got hurt. A teacher interrupted it, and sent them both in the Guidance. "Well that fucking sucked. I was hoping for an epic fight." Azuriana said in disbelief. Maybe what she was hoping for was something quite extraordinary. But for Miyo, just like his grades, he didn't care about this fight.

One night, Azuriana went curious and stalked Shu's socials. Shu had a tweet ranting about the punishment due to her and Maxine fighting:

"I'm screwed. Ugh. @maximillus3 you'll be paying for whatever shit you've done. also take that 'boyfriend' of yours and stick it up your ass and not mine. xoxo"

Shu and Maxine had a fight online, and Azu was too tired and slept through it. Not long after, they both got into a fight again, leading to a detention. There was nothing Azu can do for this... but to wait. As for Miyo, again, he doesn't care. But he cares enough for Azuriana, even though Azu isn't his actual sibling.

Summer goes, and school closes. Azuriana was bored. Hella bored. So, for fun, Azuriana talked to Shu online.

Today at 1:44AM

[AzurianaHuaeixin]: hey

[sho_shu]: sup

[AzurianaHuaeixin]: can't sleep?

[sho_shu]: yup, why

[AzurianaHuaeixin]: nothing

[sho_shu]: i honestly hate max like could she just fucking mind her own business?

[AzurianaHuaeixin]: woah, chill

[AzurianaHuaeixin] added [JustMiyo]

[AzurianaHuaeixin]: wait-

[JustMiyo]: Since when did I get added into this?!

Miyo, Azuriana and Shu had a great time talking to each other, and even added Matt, Miyo's best friend. Azuriana has been hinting a special connection between Miyo and Matt which Azu and Shu was talking about in private.

And that signifies the end of our chapter.
