This isn't a chapter but I really wanted to post something today because it's a really important anniversary.
So a year ago today was the day I promised myself I would never cut again, and I've stuck to that promise.
It's honestly insane how much my life has changed in such a short amount of time. When I started this book I was in a dark place and genuinely considering ending my own life, but since then I've grown a heck of a lot and I'm even comfortable talking about it.
So I can promise that it gets fucking better.
Since I started writing this book, I've gotten so many things to live for and my life has gotten so much better, I can't even begin to explain how thankful I am.
So this is dedicated to all the people who make my life worth living, thank you so fucking much.
