"Athena!" Buck gasped excitedly, stumbling off the bar stool to give her a hug. The 118 had been at their favorite bar playing pool and Bobby told Athena to stop by after her shift.

"Oh well hi Buck." She chuckled, hugging him before guiding him back to the seat. "Having fun?"

"Mm, so much fun. I'm so happy you came. Now my whole family's here! Except Maddie and Jee and Christopher. And Karen and Denny." He continued to hold onto her arm so she couldn't walk away from him. Not that she wanted to, he was amusing.

"So who's playing pool right now?" She asked him, sitting on the stool beside him as Buck still held onto her. He was essentially just hugging her arm now.

"Oh! Bobby and Hen are crushing Eddie and Chim. I was told to sit down because I'm seeing like three cue balls instead of the one." He explained with a frown, clearly not over that last part yet. "That was kinda mean."

"I see." She stifled a laugh. "Well, it's probably for everyone's safety, Buck. Don't want to be waving a stick around trying to hit the right ball."

"I guess. Hey! Did you know koalas aren't bears?"

"Because they don't have the koala-fications?" She tried to finish his joke only to be met with a confused look.

"No, Athena, because they're marsupials." He deadpanned. "Me and Chris learned it at the zoo. Did you know they have a ton of animals there?"

"I would certainly hope so. Wouldn't be much of a zoo if they didn't." She teased, making Buck laugh way too hard. Suddenly he stopped laughing and started to cry.

"Hey, what's the matter, Buckaroo?" She asked worriedly as he pressed his face against her shoulder.

"I just love Christopher so much! That kid is- he's so good and pure and I just- I love him! I wish he was here!" He cried as Bobby and Eddie approached the pair.

"What's happening here?" Bobby asked with more amusement than concern, knowing Buck was just really drunk.

"He just really loves Christopher." Athena caught them up to speed as she rubbed his back soothingly.

"Chris really loves you too, Buck." Eddie assured him with a laugh, squeezing his shoulder reassuringly.

Buck sat up to look at Eddie. "Can you bring him here to me?"

"No Buck. This is a bar and he's a child."

Buck frowned and kicked at the floor. "That's stupid. Edmundo, can we FaceTime him?"

"No Evan, it's midnight. He's asleep." Eddie playfully used his full first name since Buck used his first.

"That's stupid." He huffed before realizing Athena and Bobby had stepped away. "Hey! Where's Mom and Dad?"

"They're right over there." Eddie laughed, pointing to the couple dancing in each others' arms on the opposite side of the pool table.

Buck stood up unsteadily and marched over to them, throwing his arms around them both and interrupting their dance. "I missed you guys." He informed them, his head on Bobby's shoulder.

"Look honey, our son's back." Bobby joked, patting Buck's face lovingly.

"Our son needs to sober up a little." Athena chuckled as Buck lost his footing and Bobby steadied him.

"Your son doesn't wanna be sober. Your son is having a good time. Your son kind of needs another shot." He smiled, his eyes barely open as he leaned all his weight on Bobby.

Athena and Bobby exchanged a look and laughed. "Our son is cut off and needs to go home." Athena decided, resting her hand on his arm before going to the bar to close his tab.
