Fruity Eggrolls:
You will Need:
-Fruit of choice
-Eggroll Wrappers
- ( Optional) Powdered Sugar
-( Optional ) Cream cheese
-( Optional ) Chocolate Syrup
- ( Optional) Any Other Toppings
- ( Optional but delicious together) Ice cream of choice
Make It:
Thaw frozen fruit or slice up fruit of choice.
Drain well.
Add to eggroll wrapper, and fold accordingly. ( Cheat sheet is on the chests sheets list for easy folding. )
Put in Air fryer or Bake for about 10 mins. or until they start to brown on one side. Flip and brown on other side.
Serve with chocolate, powdered sugar, and any other toppings desired. Serve with Icecream.

Bacon Grease Chocolate Chip Cookies
You will need:
-1lb bacon or close to it
- 1/2 c sugar
- 1/2 c brown sugar
- 1 egg
-1 tbsp vanilla ( Or just to you personal taste in vanilla )
- 2 c flour
-3/4 tsp baking soda
- a touch of milk if batter is to dry
- 1c chocolate chips ( Add more if wanted. who doesn't love chocolate )
Make It:
1. Fry 1 lb bacon, save the grease, and set it to the side.
2. Save 1/2 c bacon grease, pour into a mixing bowl
3. Add sugars, and egg, and vanilla to bowl, and whisk. If grease is solid heat so it is liquid again.
4. Add dry ingredients to bowl, and add chocolate chips. Combine well. Add a little milk if it is to dry.
5. Chill, scoop out onto baking dish or pan.
6. Bake in oven on 350 for about 12 mins.
7. Enjoy

Chocolate No Bake Cookies
You will Need:
- 2 c Sugar
- 1/2c butter
-1/2 c milk
-3 tbsp cocoa powder
-1tsp salt
- 4 c Quick oats
-1 ish tsp vanilla
Make It:
1. Bring Sugar, Salt, Butter, Milk, and Cocoa to a rapid boil in saucepan for about 1 minute.
2. Add quick oats, vanilla, and mix well.
3. Immediately drop by spoonful onto wax paper and let cool.
( Using cupcake papers is also a great way to avoid messy cookies if they don't solidify very well for you.)

Homemade Chocolate Pudding
You will Need:
- 1 1/2 c sugar
- 1/2 c flour
- 2/3 c cocoa powder
- 5 1/3 c Milk
- 6 egg yolks beaten
2 tbsp butter
4 tsp vanilla
Make It:
1. Combine sugar, flour, and cocoa powder in sauce pan.
2. Add milk. Whisk over medium heat until bubbly. Cook stir for 2 mins.
3. Remove from heat. Temper egg yolks by slowly stirring about 1 c of chocolate mixture to beaten yolks.
4. Return egg mixture to saucepan, and return to heat. While stirring, bring to gentle boil.
5. Cook for 2 more mins.
6. Remove from heat, and add butter and stir to combine.
For Pudding:
Pour into bowl, and cover. Refrigerate.
For Chocolate Pudding Pie:
Use a graham cracker crust, add pudding to fill. Cover and refrigerate until chilled. Enjoy.
Creepes/ "crunchy panckaes"
1c all purpose flour
1/2 c water
1/2c milk
1 tbsp vanilla
2tbsp melted butter
3 medium or 2 large eggsMake it:
Mix wet ingredients, add flour slowly.
Mix well. Batter will be a touch lumpy.
Fry using butter until golden on each side.
Pizza bowls/ mini pizzas
- torrtilla / Tortilla bowls
-pepperoni or other toppings.
-pizza sauce
- cheeseMake it.
1. Spread sauce
2. Add toppings, cheese, bacon, pepperoni, ect.
3.Bake at 375 for about ten minuets or until they start to turn golden brown on the edges
4. Let cool and your done.
