Chicken and Dumplings

You will Need: 

-1 lb chicken tender, breasts, stir-fry, ect. 

-2 c Self rising flour

-Milk

-Garlic ( Optional ) 

-Salt ( to taste ) 

-Pepper ( to taste )

Make It: 

1. Boil chicken, and season with garlic until thoroughly cooked. 

2. While chicken is cooking, combine 2c self rising flour with milk until a dough form. Use butter it you want to as well. 

-- Remove Chicken from pot, cool. 

3. Roll dough out, or pinch small balls of dough, and drop into pot to boil. 

4. Shred chicken, and add to dumplings. 

5. Cook together, add salt, add pepper. Take a dumpling out, see if it is fluffy inside. If it is, turn off heat, take off eye, and let rest. Serve as soon as it cools.

Homemade Chicken Noodle Soup:

You will need: 

-1 lb chicken of choice

- Pasta of choice

- Baby Carrots

- Celery

- Onion

- Garlic chunks

- Garlic salt, pepper, or powder. whichever you choose

Make It: 

1. Boil chicken, season with garlic chunks and spices. 

2. Take chicken out to cool. Set aside. 

3. Boil Pasta, Carrots, Celery, and Onion together until pasta is tender. 

4. Shred chicken, or chunk it. 

5. Add chicken to pot, stir good, boil until veggies are desired doneness. Take off heat, taste once cool, add spices if needed, and serve.

Homemade Stroganoff

You will Need: 

- 2lb thiny sliced steak strips or tips

- 4 tbsp olive oil

- 4 tbsp butter

- 1 c finely chopped onion

- 1 c Mushroom of choice, thinly sliced 

-3-6 garlic cloves 

-2 tbsp all purpose flour ( More if you need to thicken. JUST A TOUCH!) 

- 2 c beef broth

-1 1/2 c heavy whipping cream

- 1/2 c sour cream

- 2 tbsp Worcestershire sauce

- 1tsp  mustard

-1tsp salt

- 1/2 tsp black pepper 

Make It: 

1.  Add oil to hot pan on medium high heat. add sliced beef/steak to pan. Cook until brown, and no longer red on each side. Remove from heat and cover to keep warm. 

2. add butter, chopped onion, and mushroom. Sautee 6-8 minuets until slightly brown and soft. 

3. Add Minced garlic, and sautee 1 min until fragrant. Add flour and sautee another min. Stir constantly. 

4. Pour beef broth scraping everything from the bottom of the pan. Add whipping cream and simmer another 1-2 mins.  until slightly thickened. 

5. stir a few tbsp of sauce to sour cream to temper so it does not curdle. Then add it to the pan while stirring constantly. 

6. Stir in Worcestershire sauce, mustard, salt, and pepper or season to taste until sauce is creamy. Add beef and any juices back to pan, and bring just to a simmer or until beef is heated well. 

Chicken Tortilla Soup:

You Will Need.
-1lb or more chicken depends on how many you want to feed.
- mozzarella cheese
- taco seasoning packets. 1-2

Make It:

1. Boil chicken until cooked thoroughly.

2. Season wothbtaco seasoning accordingnto packet. Add chicken broth or water until soupy.

3. Dish out into bowls. Add cheese measure according to how much you like cheese.

4. Serve
