I feel the warm sunlight on my face and curl up into a ball burying my face into the fluffy pillow and pulling the soft blanket over my head so I can go back to sleep. I get more comfortable now laying in the darkness under the blanket so the light doesn't bother my closed, tired eyes.
"Morning!" I hear a cheery voice say.
I groan and shuffle in the bed getting more cozy.
"Dude, I'm so comfortable. This bed is so nice. I'm in a bed. I'M IN A BED!" I jolt up from my thoughts looking all around as the bed jumps up and down.
"Where am I?" I say with anxiety in my voice as I get up frantically with my vision blurred from waking up and the light in the room.
"Hey relax, you're with me. You are in my home right now." Therian says, concerned standing in front of me.
I rub my rubs trying to get my vision to get used to the light and wake my eyes up. I look around the room and look at Therian.
"What happened last night? I wasn't expecting to stay here very long at all." I exclaim searching the room with my eyes for my stuff.
"Well... Hehe.. We, mainly you, drank a little too much. We also danced a lot which probably didn't help the buzzes we had from drinking." He explains with a slight smile trying to calm me down.
I sit on the bed rubbing my eyes still and roughing my hair around.
"You seemed too drunk to leave all alone in a tavern, especially at night. I didn't want anything bad happening to you if I left you there by yourself." Therian explains sitting down in a chair that's at a table desk.
My eyes finally start to focus and I look up at him. He's wearing all white pj's. White pajama pants that fit securely and perfectly on him, a white v neck shirt that's also securely fitting on him showing his collarbones slightly and a silky white, long, night cardigan that's see through. It sat under him at his thighs and hung off of the chair. He has his legs crossed with his hands folded in his lap and he's looking at his hands and twirling his fingers that are slightly interlocked together.
Before I'm able to say thank you or say anything at all he looks up at me and his long hair waves around. It's about shoulder length and wavy and I finally notice that it's blond.
"I'm sorry if you didn't want me to bring you here, Axl. I just wanted to make sure you were safe... I apologize if I ruined your traveling plans and pushed a boundary..." He sincerely says looking into my eyes.
I could feel my pupils dilate as we're looking into each other's eyes and I get up.
"It's okay Therian, there's no need to apologize. I'm glad someone took care of me and looked out for me. I'm glad you did that for me." I pause for a moment, breaking our eye contact.
"I'm grateful that you cared about me." I say, looking back into his eyes.
I smile at him and say, "This looks like a new start for me today." with a laugh.
