Kale's POV

We're already at the quadrangle for the meeting with the juniors for the upcoming celebration of buwan ng wika, so we need to participate in any activities and competitions with it. So for short, we're competing with juniors. So while we were waiting for those offcial officers in juniors, we were using our phones because, for sure, they were buying some lunch so they could eat. While we were busy scrolling through our social media, someone entered the quadrangle, so we all looked in that direction, and I was surprised because I saw Lori holding some plastic bags full of snacks. Lari is starving, like Gaia Chanel. Jpeg. She walked toward us.

"Sorry for being late. I fixed my presentation and speech, so yah." She said, "We just say it's fine. She looked around and raised her eyebrow.
"Where the hell are they?" She said with a lot of anger that maybe she just realized that she's the only junior here.
"You're the first officials who enter this quadrangle. So you're not late, they are." Michael said to her, so she just nodded to us.
"Btw, Mrs.Swift said I need to buy and give this to all of you so you can eat while listening to my presentation." She said that and gave the snacks that she had held earlier. Elijiah took it.
"So can we start? Even though the other officers are not here? Because I really need to finish this up because I still have a lot of work to do." she said.
"Sure, Lari, you could start, but did you already eat your lunch?" I asked, and she looked at me and smiled.
"Not yet, but after this meeting, I'll eat my lunch. How'bout you? Did you already eat your lunch?" She asked while putting her laptop on the table.
"Not yet, can we have lunch together later?" I asked, and after I asked it, they all looked at us.
"Hoy! Wag mo subukang pumaraan jan." Khalil said while giving me a serious look.
"tsk, wala namang masamang mag tanong kung pwedeng mag lunch eh, nag mamagandang loob lang ako at plus naging client nya ako before so shut up." I said to him.
"Sure, we can have lunch together later," she said. I just nodded to her.

"Okay, let's start this meeting," she said, while looking to enter because of the officials entering the quadrangle.
"Go ahead," Clara said. So she nodded and entered the presentation.
All of the juniors officially bowed to us and sat down in the other row.

"Okay, good afternoon to all officers in juniors and seniors here that are participating in the meeting today." She starts, so we all listen to her.
"So this meeting will be all about the celebration for Buwan ng Wika that will be celebrated after two weeks on Friday." She said that and pressed the next slide.
"So here's the list of times that we could start the celebration. We could know the exact time that we would start and end." she said.

TIME LIST

1:00pm to 5:00pm
3:00pm to 6:00pm
4:30pm to 7:30pm
5:00pm to 9:00pm

"So who wants it for the first time?" She asked, but no one raised their hands.
"none? Who about the second one?" She asked again, and 10 people raised their hands. So she added 10 to the time.
"third time?" 15 people raised their hands, so she added 15 to the time again.
"last time?" 25 students raised their hands, so it is automatic that this time will be the start and end of the celebration.
"So 5:00 p.m. to 9:00 p.m. will be the time that we will start and end the celebration of the buwan ng wika." she said. She presses next, next, next on the slide.
"So y'all know the activities and competitions in which we will need to participate, right? So as you can see, this will be the format of the time. I already organized it. And Mrs. Swift said that we could have overtime, so we could have a lot of activities. So what kind of activities would you love to suggest?" She said that, and next came the slide.
"So games, we will have Filipino games, you can suggest if you want to." She said so, and someone raised their hand.
"yes?" Lori asked that someone who raised her hand, and she stood up.
"So you're saying that we will have a Filipino game in the buwan ng wika? Maybe we should not put any other games into it because it's just a celebration and everyone would not enjoy it because not all people would love to participate in any games because they're shy," she said.
"Well, I know, ms. This is just a celebration of the buwan ng wika. Well, if you didn't know, Ms. Because buwan ng wika is a Filipino celebration, it means it's all about Filipino culture. And if you won't understand what I mean, I could explain it in Filipino for you." Lari spoke with a serious tone. She takes a deep breath, everyone is looking at her.
"I like her suggestions." Gab said while smiling at her.
"Atsaka suggestions palang, mag vovote naman tayo kung itutuloy ito, so chill parang galit na galit ka kasi agad dahil may palaro pa akong nalalaman." She said to the girl, na nagsalita kanina, and she just rolled her eyes at Umupo.
"okay, ang mga laro ay tumbang preso, luksong baka at tinik, patintero, chinese garter, batuhang bata, tiyakad, piko, sipa, at taguan." pagsasabi nya.
"taguan ng feelings." pagdugtong nya sabay ngiwi nag si hiyawan naman ang mga tao kaya napangiwi rin ako dahil sakanila.
"Joke, so let's have a vote for makita kung hindi na ba tayo mag lalaro ng pang pilipinong laro." she said
"Sino ang may ayaw ng laro?" She asked, and six people raised their hands, so definitely silang magkakaibigan yan.
"Okay, six people raised their hands; how about sa mga gustong merong Filipino games?" She asked, "Kaya halos lahat kami ay nag taasan ng kamay, kaya ngumiti sya samin.
"So may laro tayo, kaya don't worry na ayos ko narin ang time nyan. I'm a girl scout, always ready." She said it with a jokey tone and winked at us. She followed the slide.
"Okay, every game will have three rounds, but with different players, so we make sure that everyone can participate. Every game will have juniors and seniors competing against each other.  So here's the time of the games." She said that, and next came the slide.
"How many slides are there?" Mark asked.
"Unti lang," she answered.
"And now, as we choose the evening session, I want to have a buffet or food area, but the food will be Filipino food." She said that and pressed the next slide.
"The next one will have a photo booth because I know everyone of you likes to take pictures, so every picture taken is free, so you don't have to worry. Everything at this event is free. You can even take out someone's food if you want." She said she pressed the next slide. You see this girl? She's really hardworking, huh? Yung unti nya madami, kaya siguro gusto nya na agad mag start haha.
"The next last one will be the theme. Our theme will be Filipino culture, so we will be wearing Filipino traditional clothes." She said so, so someone raised her hand again, this is one of those who raised her hand earlier, friends.
"You mean we will wear Filipino clothes, then you want us to join the games? Are you insane?" she said.
"Well, I forgot to say that we should bring separate clothes for the games. And this idea will already be approved by our principal. Mr. Swift and Mrs. Swift already approved my idea, bago ko ipresent at gawin tong presentation na toh para sainyo." She said it and smiled.
"So you want us to bring separate clothes just because of those games?" She said it with a tone of irritation.
"If you don't want to join those games, you're free and don't need to bring separate clothes, but you can't eat." She said it and smiled.
"So my presentation has already ended with this," she said with a smile.
"So anyone have questions and feedback about my presentation?" She asked, so Clara raised her hand. Well, Clara is the president for short, and both grades 11 and 12 respect her because, like Larissa, she's also a work-harder student, she's always the one who competes, etc., in this school. She's the president of this building.
"Okay, I love your ideas and presentation. I like the idea that you would put some Filipino games into it, and you already organized the time so we already know the time of every activity that we'll be joining. But I want to ask when we will start doing the event." Clara said this and smiled at Larissa.
"Oh, ate, I would love that you asked because I already finished the layout of it." She said, and press the next slide. I got it. Hindi pa talaga yun ang katapusan ng slide na yun.
"So this is the date that we will start to organize the event. Next week we will start to design the quadrangle, and the place will be on the juniors building." She said that, and next came the slide.
"And this will be the layout of the event." She said and smiled. We all say wow because of how beautiful the layout is.
"And also, Mrs. Swift suggests that since we had a lot of spaces, we will make a ticket so everyone can go and enter the event, so for short, even the kids or homeless should go and celebrate together with us." She said it and smiled.
"So that's a good idea, we should make a lot of tickets for the homeless family so they can eat and enjoy." Mark said.

FAST FORWARD...

Lari and I are already at her working place, so we decide to eat here since she's on duty today so she can work easily.
"So how's life?" I asked while eating my food, and she looked at me and smiled.
"Fine, still busy as usual. How'bout you?" She said it and smiled.
"Fine too," I said, finishing my food.
After we ate, she rushed to her working area, and I stayed for a few minutes just to take a rest and look at her. She's really beautiful, haha.

After a few moments, I decided to go home. She just nodded to me and gave me some strawberry cheesecake and mango graham. I say thank you to her and go home.

Hayst... I missed her presence...
