It was the day before my birthday and Jaden was busy. He said that he was hanging out with the boys today but I didn't believe him. He was clearly hiding things from me. Him and Nessa have been getting closer recently and I didn't know how to feel about that. I mean, I didn't want to be an overprotecive girlfriend or anything. Right now I just felt like enjoying the day with so I called Josh. He was my best friend since we were kids so why not spend the day with him?
Josh: Hello?
Mads: Hey...Wanna come over?
Josh: Sure. What happened to Jaden?
Mads: He said he's hanging out with the boys. (Note the attitude)
Josh: Uhh Mads? I think we should talk when I get to your house.
Mads: Sure Joshy.
Josh: Ahaha. Bye shawty.
I lied down on my couch and started scrolling through Instagram waiting for Josh.

I get I knock on my door and I rushed towards it. I opened it quickly and saw Josh.
Mads: Hey, come in.
Josh: Hey Mads. Uh could we talk before we go out somewhere?
Mads: Sure. Let's sit on the couch.
We both sat on the couch and he started figeting with his fingers and he looked up at me nervously.
Mads: Josh...what's wrong?
Josh: I think Ness and Jay are in love Mads...I'm sorry. I'm trying to deny it myself too.
Mads: Oh it's quite visible.
Josh: The boys aren't hanging out today. Jaden was stupid enough to tell me if you asked where he was, he was with me or something. But the stupid part is that he's at Dunkin Donuts right now. And I wouldn't be suprised to see him and Ness on a date...

Mads: Haha. Well we'll pay them a visit by suprise anyways.
We get into the car and Josh drives us to Dunkin Donuts. We see Nessa and Jaden outside from the car window and they're sharing a drink and feeding each other donuts. Pretty couply to me. I was breaking inside and I was sure that Josh was too but right now we had to be the independant woman and man and end our realtionships before it broke us in even more denial.
Josh: Ready?
Mads: Yeah...we'll be fine Joshy boi. Let's get it over with so we could go cry watching Princess Diaries.
We walked into Dunkin Donuts and went in line to order. We needed to catch our last breath before walking up to them. We ordered quickly and I was grabbing the orders when Josh tapped on my shoulder.
Mads: What??
Josh: Look at them.
I almost dropped the drinks when I saw it with my own eyes.
