*L pov*

I closed my large eyes tightly and hid my face in my knees as the moans and gasps became louder. It was easy to hear since the other day, when I...."misbehaved" for trying to get something to eat. I had nearly sprinted out of the bathroom trying to get anything. I didn't care what. Just food. Once my mother......o-or should I say Light's mother heard me she ran after me. After grabbing a piece of cake, which was meant for Light, I ran into the bathroom, locking the door, she immediately started banging on the door, hard. Very hard. So hard she left a large hole in the door before giving up. Now it was every so loud. I felt like my ears where bleeding. I covered my ears and shook as my mother cried out in climax...o-or whatever its called. I turned to my left and saw Light smiling though he was covering his ears as well. He noticed me and hugged me with an even wider smile. "Its alright, L. Everything is gonna be alright...." he whispered to me. I nodded slowly in a silent attempt to thank him for comforting me. Though it didn't comfort me much.....I blinked and bit my lip in an attempt to not cry as the door slammed. You see, I'm startled easily. Ever since my mother died when I was young, Ive been scared of everything. By everything, I mean everything. Light saw my discomfort and kissed my check making me blush and making my heart race. I closed my eyes once again and heard the door handle twist. I felt like I couldn't breathe for some reason. I was scared that she was going to do something to me. I opened my eyes slowly and looked down. I shiver when she says her first words.

"Mama made quite a bit of money today....and she gonna make more with the help of a little friend...." I could feel her eyes on me.

W-Why does she have to be looking at me...? I thought and tried not to sob once again. I took a breath which felt almost......almost painful. I feel her smirk. "A man requested someone to have fun with......and guess who that is...." she smirks wider. I close my eyes again and hide my eyes, holding my head in my hands. "I said guess....." I feel like she's teasing me. I dont know why I just do. Light shifted from his hugging position making me shiver from the sudden loss of heat.

"Who mama?" he asks. I look up very slowly. I watch as she points at Light and I feel my heart pounding and my mind racing. She moves her finger back and forth between us, giggling as if she is in a drunken haze. She slows down as goes between me and Light once more. Light....L......Light.....L.......Light.....................L. She stopped. "DING DING DING!" She shouts making me jerk. "AND THE WINNER IS L!!!!!!!" I shake. What am i supposed to do? "My client is a little bit per-perverted-" she stops to giggle. I want to cry. I want to cry hard. "So!" She began as she caught her breath. "He wanted a little boy to have some......have some fun with-" she giggled once more and I begin to cry. This time Light didn't hug me and I felt eyes all around me. My heart is beating so fast. "He gonna come in a....in a bit! I show you how mama gets ready!" She grabbed my wrist tightly and pulled me out of the room. I could hear Light began to cry which made me sob harder as well. I began to get an idea of what was going to happen now. I shake as she began to undress me and I sob harder. Then.....a man comes in. A-And the rest......the rest was just.....just horrible. I was screaming in pain and fear the whole time, sobbing harder and harder when I heard my only friend banging on the door as well crying out my name. Then it all went black. I woke up shaking, blankets covering my naked and bloody body. I look at the calendar adjacent to the bed and then began to....to sob. October 31st. Happy birthday....."Life isn't supposed to be this way......" I whispered. "Life isn't supposed to be this way....."
