Baby Beast

The first day of practice was stressful for Chaeyoung because of unending memorization of dance moves and song lyrics. Thanks to her Momo unnie who had patiently taught her the moves, she was able to pull it off. Jihyo and Nayeon helped her in her singing. Everyone was put in awe hearing Chaeyoung's singing voice. After the accident, they never heard Chaeyoung sang a song even Mina. For the past years, they were busy on their own career and schedules especially Chaeyoung who's managing a company while studying. After the long period of practice, its about time to rest and go home for the girls. Chaeyoung furrowed her eyebrows seeing the 20 missed calls.

Son Chaeyoung's POV

What's with these 20 missed calls... "Oh! You have many missed calls cub" Dubu said. "Yeah... I wonder why.." I said. But deep in my mind I know the possible reasons. My father and Dad Myoi calling me because I didn't get the chance to tell them I'm going back to korea. Sakura calling me for work or house related concern. Irene unnie might be regarding the sudden disappearance of me and Seulgi unnie last week or because I blocked Seulgi Unnie's number. And last, my school director for ditching my online classes or I completely failed all my exams before. Should I return the call, right? I asked. " You should.. Maybe its important.." Dubu said. I was about to call my dad but Irene unnie called again.

Me: Hello..Unnie.
Irene: Finally! Hello my dear sister..
Me: Im sorry. I was practicing.. So..
Irene: Its okay. I know how much you've waited for this day..
Me: Oh.. Then, what can I do for you Unnie?
Irene: I saw that you didn't finished yet the papers you should be signing.. Can you go in the office, tonight? I need it for tomorrow..

Oh! Right.. So stupid of me to forgot about it..

Me: Sure Unnie.. I'm sorry if I wasn't able to finish it..
Irene: Its fine.. Don't worry. Its just I need it.. And one more thing.. Seulgi kept bothering me to tell you to unblock her.. I don't know what happened between you two in Japan but I need you to unblock her.. She's been bothering me so please my dear sister.. Just talk to her.. She said she will tell you something very important.. I want both of you to tell me what's going on... Not now but if we have time.. So yeah.. Please..
Me: Okay Unnie.. See you later. I'll unblock her now. Bye.
Irene: Bye.. Take care.. See you.

Who was that? Mina asked. Irene unnie.. Hmm.. Love I need to go in the office.. I said. "Right now? Its already 7pm Chaeng.." She said. " The thing is I didn't finish my work last week.. I need to sign the papers she need tomorrow " I said. "Really? Then, that's what you get staying here rather than working weeks ago.." She said. " I know.. Its just.. I.." Should I tell her I collapsed and sent to Japan by my father to have some test.. Or.. Its not the right time.. But you promised to be honest right?! I will tell her for sure but maybe not right now.. " you just?" She asked. "We are planning to eat outside.. Let's go?" Jihyo said. "Let's eat first.. Then,we will drop you in your office" Mina said. I just nod and hold her hands while following the the girls. Dubu hold my other hand so that no one will suspect since Mina and I already have a dating scandal before.

After having their dinner, Tzuyu and Mina decided to drop Chaeyoung in their office. Chaeyoung bid her goodbye to them. The two waited for Chaeyoung to get inside when they saw a girl approached Chaeyoung in front of the entrance door. They saw how the girl dragged Chaeyoung to face her. Chaeyoung and the girl are discussing something. They can clearly see that the two is having an argument because of their hand movements and Chaeyoung's mad expression.

Tzuyu's POV

"Do you know the girl, Tzu?" Mina asked. "No unnie. I didn't see her face.." I said. "Another girlfriend?!" Manager Unnie said. I saw a change of expression in Mina unnie's face. " I'm just joking Mina-ssi.. you know it how loyal the cub to you.. So maybe.. work related." Manager Unnie said. My eyes wide open when I saw the girl raising her hands ready to hit Chaeyoung's face. "Is she trying to hurt my girl?!" Mina Unnie said while preparing to go out of the car. "Stop! Don't go there Mina-ssi.. Chaeyoung can handle her .. She can protect herself.. She's good in martial arts" Manager Unnie said. I didn't look away from Chaeyoung's direction. I saw Chaeyoung offering her face to the girl as if she's asking her to hurt her. What's happening Chaeyoung. We saw Chaeyoung pushing the girl away. " She's mad.. Really mad.. Baby beast" Manager Unnie said. "But, Why?! She's okay just now.. She's laughing.." Mina worriedly said. "Maybe the girl did something... You know.. Something that really hurt Chaeyoung to be like that.." I said. "Oh..my.. She just walked out.. Or walk in?" Manager Unnie said. We saw Chaeyoung enter the building after a minute the girl left the place. Mina Unnie and me didn't want to leave the place since we are worried to the Cub but Manager Unnie insisted that we should since we are all tired. Mina unnie called Chaeyoung before we left the place just to ensure that she's not alone with the girl. Chaeyoung confirmed that she's okay and she's with her sister. So, who's that girl?

Mina's POV

Today is the last day of our practice for the last concert. I looked at her she's mostly quiet since the first practice. I know she's not talkative but she seems to be thinking deep or just behavior change. We want to ask her especially me who's really curious to what happened that night but when the three of us remembers her mad expression its just we are scared for her baby beast version. It's my first time seeing her that mad.  I just hope that she's not cheating on me though. " Are you okay?You look pale.." I said while squeezing her hands "Am I?.. too much practice." She said while smiling. "Something wrong?" I asked. "Nothing.. But remember last time I told you we need to talk.. Lets talk about it after the concert.." She said while caressing my hands. "We can talk about it later since we are free.." I said because I'm now really nervous to what she about to say. " Let..s talk about it later.. Its better I think.. Don't worry.. Its not that serious." She said while smiling. " Okay.. Then, how about you stay the night later in the apartment?" I said. "hmmmm.." She's about to answer when I whisper to her ear "I want you later in my bed.." I saw her face turns red. I got you Son Chaeyoung. I want to tease her more. "Please.. I'm" I was about to finish my sentence when Nayeon her so called mom interrupted "Are you sick Chaeng, my daughter?! Why yourface is red?" She said while caressing my girlfriend's cheeks. "I'm fine mom.." She said then whisper something to Nayeon Unnies ears. I saw Nayeon Unnie jaw dropped while Chaeyoung is grinning. "You... Mina.. What did you do to my innocent daughter?!" Nayeon asked. "I.. What did she say anyway?" I asked. Nayeon unnie whisper something to me that made my eyes wide open."She said that?!" I asked and she just nod. I avert my eyes to Chaeng "Yah! Son Chaeyoung.. You.. How.. how can .." I saw her grin again and whisper to my ears "Im serious.. I'm gonna do it.. going all out tonight!"I saw her licked her bottom lip then leaving me speechless. "Goodluck..baby beast on you...tonight" Nayeon Unnie said to me while laughing. I was about to call her when I saw Manager Unnie and Tzuyu talking to her.
