The longest trip of my life was leaving my home in the city to go to a small town. Now don't get me wrong, I have always wanted to live in a small town. But I mean come on, I loved my home. Not trying to be stuck up but my parents are loaded. My dad is a huge business salesman and my mom works for a modeling agency. She finds gorgeous girls and gets paid for it. She has always wanted me or Chasity to do it but we refuse. Oh, I totally forgot to tell you a little about my life. My best friend is Chasity. Her parents died last summer and my parents decided to adopt her. They are never home so it's usually me and Chasity. Which is totally fine with me. My parents are not really the type to give admiration. The way they do it is buying us brand name clothing, and cars. I was brought out of my thoughts as the car stopped. I looked out and snorted.
"Really? I mean come on now. Why do we need this huge ass house if your never going to be in it?" I asked stepping out of the car. This house was huge. Three-stories and a huge backyard it looked like.
"Watch your language young lady. We thought you would love to have a big house while we are away. More parties?" My mom told us not looking into our eyes.
I sighed. This means something huge. "How long this time?"
"Uh, 9 months." My dad said looking at Chasity. She nodded her head and walked into our house.
"Well I guess you better catch your flight. Don't want you to miss out on your life right? Don't bother promising to call. I know you won't. Love you and all that jazz." I scowled walking into the house slamming the door. Now I may seem like one of those stuck up barbies but I'm not. I can't stand the fact they choose money over us. They tell me they will call but that doesn't happen until they are on the way home 3 months later. This is the longest they have ever left. I looked around the house, dang. This is huge, the living room had a black leather chair and a soft white couch with pure white walls. The rug on the floor was zebra print with a huge flat screen mounted above, you guessed it, a fireplace. What would we do with that? I kept walking into the next room, the kitchen. Chasity was seated on the counter eating a Popsicle.
"How the hell do they figure we are going to use all of this?" She flung her arms around.
"I don't know. This is seriously crazy, a new low for them." I scowled looking at the table that could fit 6. Like seriously there is only two of us. The walls where white with one red wall. A stainless steel fridge sat in the corner with a stove next to it. A lot of counters around them upon them where machines that I knew we would never use. I shook my head.
"We should look upstairs." Chasity said jumping off of the counter. I nodded my head and followed her. We stopped at the first room. It was my parents bedroom that they would never use. They next was a huge bathroom. Then Chasity's room, how do I know? Well she has one wall painted orange whole the rest are white. She loves the color orange, she smiled and jumped onto her king sized bed. There was a bedspread that had orange and white hearts all over it. She had a huge walk in closet with tons of clothes. Her walls had all of her pictures of us around the world and some of her parents. Across from her bed was a flat screen. A desk was sitting on the right side of the room against the wall. A brand new apple laptop sitting on it. There was a note taped to the desk with something under it. I walked over and picked it up. A set of keys and brand new iPhone 5, of course. I tossed it all onto her bed.
"I'm gonna go find my room." I smiled and walked out of the room. My room was across from hers. My room was the same as hers except all my walls where light blue and my bed spread was peace signs with white paint splatters. Of course I got a new iPhone 5 also. I scowled, I put into my drawer. I won't use it until my old one breaks. My old one is a perfectly fine iPhone 4S. I laid on my bed thinking. My parents where always around when I was little, but now I'm all alone. Except I have Chasity, without her I would be crazy by now.

I woke up to my alarm playing a song off of the radio. "Shut up." I groaned slamming my hand onto it. It was quiet at last, I started drifting of until Chasity came running into my room and jumped on top of me. "Chasity Nicole Harper you have 5 seconds to get off!" I growled.
"Okay Cameron Renee Harper." She mocked standing up. We have the same last name since my parents adopter her. "Get up, we have school in an hour and we take forever." She skipped out of my room.
"How can she be so darn happy?" I grumbled.
"Heard that!"
"Heard that." I mocked under my breath.
"Heard that too!" She yelled laughing.
I rolled my eyes and walked out into the hall. "Can we get McDonalds on the way?"
"Sure, if you hurry." She yelled then slammed her door.
She's the morning person and I'm not. I went into the bathroom and shut the door. I turned the water on and took my clothes off. After stepping into the shower I washed my hair and body then turned the shower off. I wrapped a towel around me and walked back to my room. My closet had so many clothes. What to choose? First impression means a lot but I don't want to have any attention. I'm done with that crap. A shirt caught my eye. It was a blue plaid sleeveless top from Aeropostale. I grabbed a pair of dark wash denim shorts from Aeropostale also and out them on the bed. Unwrapping the towel I put on my underwear from Victoria Secret. I slipped on my clothes and went back to the bathroom. I curled my light brown hair and put on Mascara to go with my bluish green eyes then put on lip gloss. Walking back into my room I grabbed my brown sandals and grabbed my phone. Chasity was standing by the door playing on her old phone.
"What? No new phone?" I smirked.
"Uh no. My old phone is perfectly fine thank you."
I nodded my head in understanding and walked out. "You look cute today by the way." I said smiling. She had on a pair of light ripped skinny jeans with moccasins on. She had a crop tank top that said "Love". She had her blonde hair with brown in it straight. Her green eyes had mascara making them pop. We got into my car and started towards school.
"Can we go to McDonalds?" I asked stopping at a stoplight.
"Nope, it's 7:45 and school starts at 8:00."
"Ugh, damn it." I hit the steering wheel. Chasity rolled her eyes and turned the radio on. Troublemaker by Olly Murs was on. "Yes! Turn it up!" This song is the bomb. We sand along until I parked. Neither of us made a move to get out. I sighed and grabbed my bag then got out of the car. Chasity came to my side and rolled her eyes at everyone. "How cliche."
"I know, like seriously who has posses anymore?" Chasity laughed. At our old school everyone talked to each other. I loved that about school. "Let's get this over with, if this is going to be cliche get ready for stares." We walked up to the school ignoring the whispers. I heard one that I didn't like and stopped. "Cam don't." See I forgot one detail I can't stand skankes that think they are better than everyone. If anything keep them away. But she had to be the one to say something.
"You want to say that louder?" I asked. She stayed silent. "Okay, good." I turned to walk away but someone grabbed my arm. Turning back around I looked up a really hot guy. His muscles where huge I could tell. His leather jacket made sure of that. Looked at his smirking face. I just got caught checking him out. "What?" I snapped.
"Listen, don't go around bossing people. That's my job." He smirked at me. "Oh, and if you keep looking at me like that you won't get to go to first period." He whispered in my ear.
I smirked. I'm to used to these type of guys. "Honey, don't mess with something you can't handle."
"Oh I can handle you alright." He kissed my neck then walked away with his friends. Let the games begin then.
