In which Sun's curiosity begins to get the better of him and he can't help but start poking around alternate dimensions yet again. What will become of him when he goes looking in the world he and Moon swore they'd never go to?... (SAMS short, inspired by dialogue in "Wally Darling VISITS the Daycare in VRCHAT.")

(See... The thing is, I started writing this before "Moon Meets Eclipse in VRCHAT" came out. Like, I wrote a little bit and then stopped for a while, and after that ep came out I don't really feel like continuing this, but I also like what I've got thus far, so. :'D Yeaaah...)

"Computer? I kinda have a favor to ask you," I say, standing in front of the arcade-turned-computer with my hands clasped together.

"What is it?"

"Well, I was hoping you could give me some coordinates to an alternate dimension. I'm just curious about-" I cut myself off when he sighs very heavily. "Is it that hard?"

"Pardon me. I just thought we were past this nonsense where you bother me about sending you to alternate dimensions, all of which you do not need to see. Some of which are dangerous to see. All for the sake of sating curiosity. Are you familiar with the expression-"

"Curiosity killed the cat, yeah." I huff, dropping my hands at my side. "But you don't have to have such an attitude about it, geeze..."

"Actually, I do. I need my attitude to live, I have the pdf certificate to prove it," He retorts. "... Well, what dimension were you wanting to see this time?"

I'm not sure if he's asking because he's going to comply or just out of his own curiosity, but I don't see the harm in answering just in case. "I wanted to see the universe with the nice Eclipse. You know, the one that L- that... Lunar liked visiting," My voice trails into a murmur at the end there and I let out a pained breath, rubbing the space between my eyes. "With everything that's been happening lastly, I just feel like maybe it might be nice to- to see a world where Eclipse isn't a monster, y'know? I mean, I know it's still got problems and stuff, b- but- but therapy. I guess I just want to try what Lunar did and get something out of it."

The computer is silent and I start to think he's ignoring me, but then- "Very well. I've sent the coordinates to your database. Before you leave, however, I advise that you use some sort of marker to identify yourself as a different Sun."

"Wouldn't they already know I'm not their Sun?"

"Not immediately. I have been previously informed by Lunar that there are little visual differences between you and the other world's Sun."

"Uh, okay. I think I know what I can use. Thank you, computer." I hear him hum in response and walk away. I slip out of the tunnel and go into my room, standing in front of my dresser with a soft sigh. I open the top drawer, where there's the few belongings Lunar left behind when he moved out... I pick up on of his spare ribbons, the ones he'd wear around his wrists with the bells on them, and I carefully tie it around my neck in a friendship knot.
