|💍-Y/n's POV-💍|

We were back in the nursery looking at the vision.

"So... this doesn't look great..." I broke the silence.

Mirabel's dad walked through the door.

"Miraboo! Got your party pants on, 'cause I do-" He froze when he saw the glowing glass.

"I... broke into Bruno's tower, I
found his last vision, the family's
in trouble, the magic is dying, the
house is breaking, Luisa's gift is
fading and I think it's all because
of... us?"

She is dreadful at keeping secrets.

Agustín gently pushed us out of the way to look at the vision.

I'm never coming back here, am I?

He quickly turned around. "We say nothing."

"Wait, what?" I spoke up.

"Abuela wants tonight to be perfect, 'til theGuzmans leave, you did not break into Bruno's tower, the magic is not dying, the house is not breaking, Luisa's gift is not fading, no one will know, just act normal, no one has to know." He stuffes the vision shards into his pockets and held his daughter's shoulders and stood in front of the door.

Suddenly, we heard a small squeak.

The door creaked open and across the courtyard, we saw Dolores.

"I know." She whispered. She jumped and scuttled away.

"She's gonna tell everyone."

"Time to eat!" Abuela shouted.

"Miércoles," Agustín muttered.

"The Guzmáns and the Madrigals together will be so good for the Encanto!" Alma started a toast.

"Yes, then let's hope tonight is not a horrible disaster!" Abuela Guzmán joked.

I looked at Mirabel, who was staring intently at Dolores. Both looked like they're about to pop.

I sat on Mirabel's right, across from Camilo. I smiled at him.

I'm here for him. Not Mirabel. Act like everything's fine and maybe it will be.

Alma chuckled. "To a perfect night. Salud!"

"Salud!" Everyone raised their glasses.

I ate my food, engaging in small talk with the family.

"It was so kind of Y/n to come and help with the engagement." Abuela Alma smiled.

"It was no problem. I haven't been able to help much around the village because if my schoolwork."

Mariano held out a bowl for me. "Avocado?"

"No thank you."

He held it out for Mirabel, blocking her view of Dolores. "Avocado?"

She moved the bowl out of her way but it was too late. Dolores whispered the secret to Camilo. He began choking on his food, shifting into Mirabel, then me and then Bruno, before turning into the messed up version of himself.
