I was walking with J.J, Julia, and Raya. We were going to get some practice in magic. When I felt something off. We were excused to practice for the cleansing. We were about to practice before I froze.
"Yue?" J.J asked as she and Raya stopped and looked to me. I looked back at the school. Mom was in trouble. I rushed back. My hair was set in a bun today, and I was worried for mom. when i got there, mom had just used a rank two spell. i was relieved she was okay.

we were talking around the forth ring that we cannot leave. but that's when i saw the puppy from before.
"OI!" i shouted as i broke into a sprint towards the demons who didn't see me running till i kicked them in the head. landing on my feet, i plucked up the puppy and i ran signalling the others to do the same. they thankfully got it and the demons chased me.

i ran until i found a clearing in a forest i found, i set the puppy down. i turned and i sent an anger fueled flame that grew larger than any flame i have ever seen, earth or hell.
"are..." a little voice sounded behind me. looking back, and there sat a little child with wolf features. "are you... a rank four..?"
"uh," i looked to my left hand, and i was only one rank higher. i ranked up. "no. i am a rank two."
