°•°•𝔍aelys paced anxiously near the fireplace as her mind went through every possible thought imaginable, the night they left the red keep after the supper that went wrong ...she had never heard word of her mother and her niece baela at all. baela had stayed with her grandmother when the velaryons left as the two were to set sail to dritmark the next morning, rhaena had gone with her aunt to dragonstone as she choose to stay to her now betrothe°•°•

°•°•yet the tall woman hadn't heard from neither of them in nearly three days and it has knawing in her mind every second. rhaenyra, daemon and celenia stood by the map table as they each were concerned for the pacing woman who hasn't spoken°•°•

°•°•"my love..." rhaenyra said with a frown of concern as she neared the woman stopping her from pacing as she put her hands on the tall womans arms. jaelys jaw was clenching and unclenching as clear irration was in her eyes°•°•

°•°•"mhm?" the princess sighed at the lack of response "they will return soon enough ...rhaenys is one of the strongest woman i know along with baela ...she's a brave girl" rhaenyra told the woman but jaelys didn't hear one word as she got from her wifes grasp°•°•

°•°•"where's laenor? where has he been when his fuckin' mother and niece is missing, possibly in danger" jaelys roughed out, celenia sighed out "laenor is going through much right now jaelys ..." the woman said slowly but jaelys scoffed rolling her eyes°•°•

°•°•"as if he was the only one who lost a sister, it's been years now yet he still drinks his life away as if his family doesn't matter to him" the tall woman said out in anger "he hasn't even made a effect to keep in contact with me nor his nieces and nephews for years now! how does that justify him being laid off in serious situations like this? our mother and baela is missing along with our fool of a father who no one has seen for seven fuckin' years now" the tall woman ranted as she paced°•°•

°•°• "i know jaelys..." celenia said calmly but jaelys huffed as her hard silver eyes snapped to her aunt "no you don't know, you run off to pentos for god knows how long leaving everything behind to live your best life. i had to put up with both your brothers selfish bullshit with one not even thinking of his wife and children his leaving behind to gain back the power he so desperately yearns for whilst the other constantly insults my wife and children to the point when i had to kill him! my own fuckin' blood celenia" the calm switch in jaelys mind finally snapped°•°•

°•°•daemon stood up as he walked to his best friend trying to calm her down "jaelys please.." the prince almost pleaded even though he didn't like her glaring and taking her anger out on his wife, he didn't want to fight his friend°•°•

°•°•jaelys turned her glare to daemon, his violet eyes were calm as he lifted his hands as a sign that he doesn't want no altercations "hūra ōños we understand you're angry ...but do not take it out on those who care for you please" the prince voice soft°•°•

°•°•the tall woman clenched her jaw as her whole body was tense, she has been feeling tense for days now as her body and mind has been on high alert for anything that was coming towards her family—and it seems as though this anger has risen to far and she was ready to snap on anyone°•°•

°•°•rhaenyra felt her heart break at this distress look on her wifes face as she solely wishes to make it disappear , slowly she walked to the tense woman grasping her hand "come my love" was all she said before she walked and was surprised that jaelys followed her°•°•

°•°•the walk to their chambers was filled with silence as rhaenyra gave the woman time to think and she knew the womans mind was running wild with millions—maybe even billions of thoughts circling her head°•°•

°•°• the princess opened the door walking in first with jaelys closing it behind her, the silence still surrounded them as the tall woman seem to calm her anger abit. with no words exchanging, rhaenyra leaned up and brought their lips together°•°•

°•°•the running thoughts seem to evaporate in jaelys head upon feeling her wifes soft lips on hers, her hands grasping the womans waist bringing her closer as her head tilted to deepen their locked lips°•°•

°•°•rhaenyra's hands cupped the womans face as their lips moved in perfect sync ...it was slow and soft and filled with passion°•°•

°•°•it was obvious their love language was physical touch as it calmed whatever storm crashed within them. they needed each other for this chaos to come ..there was no use in them snapping and taking out their anger out on each other nor the people that loves and cares for them°•°•

°•°•the princess was the one to break their kiss due to the lack of oxygen yet kept her face mere inches from her wife, jaelys so in daze from her princess lips tried to plant them together once more but rhaenyra moved her head slightly "you calm now?" her voice a whisper as she brushed their lips together light°•°•

°•°•jaelys hummed with her large hand cupping the back of rhaenyra's head putting their lips back as one, but the kiss was short and sweet "m'sorry princess ..." the tall woman mumbled against her wifes lips°•°•

°•°•the princess gave her a small soft smile pecking her lips one more time before pulling her face away but kept her body close in her wifes arms "s'okay my love, rhaenys and baela will return safe and sound...our family will be safe and everything will be happy once more" assured the princess°•°•

°•°•jaelys cracked a tiny smile "you always see the light in dark things" rhaenyra giggled lightly , her light violet eyes sparkling as she gazed up to her beautiful wife "i suppose there must be the positive when chaos uproars" shrugged the princess°•°•

°•°•the tall woman chuckled wrapping her arms around the womans waist letting her head lay in the crook of the princess neck, rhaenyra smiled incircling her arms around jaelys neck°•°•

°•°•the princess hummed a soft tune as jaelys lightly swayed their bodies, the tense atmosphere now calmed as the tall woman let her eyes rest as her body relaxed in her princess arms and hearing her soft hummed tunes°•°•

°•°•simple peace before the storm...°•°•

and i kinda agree to what jaelys said about her brother, father and aunt 🤷‍♀️ tho i love them don't get me wrong. all jaelys and nyra need is a break tbh 😪 them and the kids need peace fr!!!
