Chapter Seven

"Come on Jassi you know you want me." he calmly stated.
**The nerve of this prick** I thought to myself as I reared back my hand about to punch him right in his stupid face. But a hand caught mine and I let out a small gasp. In one swift motion I was pushed behind a back and I heard a loud cracking sound. I looked up and saw Jimmy standing over Dustin. Jimmy's eyes were black orbs.
**shit** I though as I tried to calm Jimmy down; whispering that I was okay and that we needed to go get ready for the ceremony. His deep blue eyes came back to me, he grabbed my hand as we walked away leaving Dustin on the floor.
****Vincent Point of View****
Since the day I ran into Jimmy at the pack hospital I haven't been able to get the scent off my mind.. I think I know who it belongs to but I'm not sure.. With all the rouge sightings I've been busy and I haven't had a chance to see if I'm correct about the owner of the scent. My wolf Alex won't shut up about her. He'll pop up every now and then yelling "Go. To. Mate!" or "I WANT MAATEE!" to be honest he isn't the only one that wants our mate but I'm too busy. I'm pulled out-of my thoughts by a knock at the door.
"Come in!" I yell.
"Man, haven't seen you around in a while." Jace says while entering my office. "Anyways I was invited to an Alpha transferring ceremony by Jassi. She said I could bring some friends. Who better to bring then my Alpha and best bro?" Jace stated smiling nervously.
**This is perfect I thought, now I'll have a chance to see if she's my mate. Why haven't I noticed before. Wait she's giving up he Alpha leadership to Jimmy?** I thought to myself.
**She just turned eighteen a week ago, you'd know that if you weren't such a man whore.** Alex snorted.
**Oh right, hey I had to fulfill my urges and I needed some kind of release since I didn't have a mate.** I stated angerly.
**Yeah, whatever you say. I just hope she still wants us after she finds out what you've done. You're a terrible person and I hope that she will forgive you because if not we're going to die without her.** He said before ending the connection between us.
**shit I hope so too. I can't lose my Luna it would kill me..** I thought to myself. I was snapped out of my thoughts by the word mate.
"Hello dude are you listening to me??" Jace states impatiently.
"What!!" I snapped. Jace whimpered and I realized I needed to calm down. I sighed and tried again. "What did you say, I'm sorry I'm on edge lately."
Jace looked at me while scratching the back of his neck nervously and said, "I uhm found my..mate."
"Congrats man!! Where is she?? I want to meet her!" I half yelled standing up going to give my brother a hug.
"She.. Errr her name is Lindsey, she's Jassi's best friend." Jace said Lindsey's name dreamy like and, I froze at Jassi's name.
**This could work out great. I, well we, could go to the ceremony and meet Lindsey and then meet Jassi.**
**Great idea, Vinc!!** Alex said getting excited. I was once again brought back to reality by someone tapping my shoulder.
"Hey bro, you okay in there?" Jace asked concerned.
"Yeah man, What time is the ceremony?" I asked.
"Well the full moon will be out at midnight so I guess it starts at eleven tonight." he stated.
"Aww shit, it's like ten!!" I stated panicked.
After rushing Jace out of my office I ran to the elevator and hit the top floor button. As I road up four stories I thought about what to wear and how Jassi would react to us being mates. I hope she doesn't reject us..
****Jassi's Point of View****
As I slipped out of the shower I dried off, wrapped the towel around my body and sat down in front of my mirror and began primping myself for the ceremony. I curled my hair, put on a bit of eyeliner and mascara. I walked out of my bathroom into my bedroom and looked in my closet for the perfect dress. I choose a light blue dress. It was lacy and it had a triangular cut in between my boob's and my neck. If I bent over it would give you a full view of my boob's. I had no intention of bending over unless they played "Bend Ova" during the after party. I also pulled out a pair of four inch black wedges.
As soon as I was dressed I gave myself a once over and I looked hot! My eyes were sparking at the thought of my brother becoming the next Alpha. He deserves something like this. I hope I find my mate tonight since both packs, ours and the Red Moon pack, would be here.
A knock on the door, signaling it was time for me to go. As I walked out I was greeted by Jimmy eyeing me. He shook his head then told me to go change. I laughed and grabbed his hand, after a couple minutes of arguing about my outfit, we walked out of the pack house.
With the moon in full view the ceremony begins and I must say, it was breathtaking to see Jimmy transform in to an alpha wolf. His wolf was sandy brown just like his hair, it stood at a towering eight feet, he then walked over to me and put his muzzle on my cheek and licked me. I couldn't help but giggle when his cold muzzle touched my cheek.
