Consequences

So it was only two days later.

Things moved fast.

Izuku had officially become the adopted younger brother to Yu Takeyama, and had moved into her apartment with her.

It was small, but neatly kept and adorable, honestly he liked it better than where his mother lived.

He'd get his other belongings tomorrow.

Then everything turned a bit chaotic, courtesy of a certain chimera.

Aldera Junior High and the other schools Izuku had gone to before were all busted due to being facilities which secretly but not so secretly, drilled quirkism into the young minds of their students.

Most parents had been shocked and pulled their kids from those schools immediately, and the police and pros moved in.

Apparently the staff got busted for having copies of a book pertaining to the Meta Liberation Army, so they were arrested for not only quirkism and other things, but also for domestic terrorism.

Izuku had asked that Katsuki not be arrested in the raid on Aldera.

He gave Naomasa the explanation that he did hate Katsuki and he was partly to blame, but that he would give him one chance at redemption, plus he could show Katsuki how wrong he'd been later.

Naomasa had reluctantly agreed, and he also said they weren't going to arrest the two other students Izuku had spoken of.

Aldera Junior High had mysteriously caught fire hours later, and the firefighters never arrived to put out the fire, though it only remained to that structure.

Izuku suspected Aizawa was behind it, not that the man would confirm or deny it.

But Izuku wasn't complaining either way.

So now Izuku would be homeschooled for the rest of the year, and afterwards would be tutored personally by Nezu himself.

Yu hadn't been against it, though she questioned Nezu's goals.

Not openly of course, even she knew better than to openly question Nezu, he was both feared and respected by others aside from the UA Staff.

Yu was very nice, very patient, very level-headed, and just a good person in general.

She was like an actual family member already, meanwhile his mother...

Ah yes, his mother.

She'd been on her way to the airport when she was caught, having bought a one-way ticket to Seattle, Washington, USA.

She was charged with child neglect, verbal abuse, and surprisingly, tax evasion.

Auntie Mitsuki was notified and apparently hadn't been very happy, shouting something about thinking to know someone, and asking if Izuku was alright.

Police had told her he was fine and staying with someone who could be trusted and was being well cared for.

She had been notified of Katsuki's behavior, and unsurprisingly, she had been beyond pissed.

Izuku knew she was probably whooping her son's ass right now in fact, the woman and her husband cared a lot about Izuku, so Katsuki was probably in hell.
