A week passed, and school at UA was going well.

Minus All Might teaching there and being an idiot as usual.

Izuku also met a few of the other staff members, Thirteen, Vlad King, Snipe, and Hound Dog.

Apparently they all thought he was precious, even Vlad, which was apparently a big deal given Midnight had said he was usually on the stricter side.

Hound Dog seemed big, and intimidating, and though he could have a temper sometimes, he was just a big teddy bear otherwise.

He was also the school therapist, ironic considering it seemed he also needed therapy.

Lunch one day was...interesting.

He had been sitting with friends, Lida talking about his older brother Ingenium.

Yes, Izuku had learned how not to fanboy.

Suddenly the alarms went off, intruder alert it seemed.

That is until Lida had managed to get through the crowd in the halls and announce it was only the press.

Though after speaking to Nezu soon after, Izuku suspected villains, considering the entrance gate had been destroyed, he suspected a five point decay quirk.

He relayed the suspicions only to his closest friends, the rest of the class remained unaware, for now.

Then soon they were taking a bus to the USJ.

And made conversation on the way there.

"Hey, Deku-kun. I was wondering..." Uraraka began.

Izuku interjected.

"Please don't call me that."

"Oh, why? Isn't that what Bakugou calls you?"

She seemed genuinely confused from what he could tell though.

He turned with a very fake but dangerous smile towards said other boy.

"That was just him calling me a useless nobody."

Lida was on him in a heartbeat with criticism.

"You really use those terms for him? That is very un-hero like of you Bakugou."

Mina frowned and shook her head.

"Not cool."

"Don't need your opinion extras. Everyone knows Deku is just some..."

"What was that, Katsuki?"

Izuku's tone and expression, to everyone else, was one of pure innocence and confusion, but Bakugou clearly understood a potential death threat.

At least he was somewhat competent.

"Tch."

"Mm."

"Anyways, just call me Izuku or Midoriya."

"Ah, okay." Uraraka smiled.

"Midoriya-kun?" Tsu chimed in with a question.

"Yes Tsu?"

"I don't think we've ever seen you use a quirk yet. So I was wondering, what is your quirk?"

Izuku just shrugged.

"Oh that, I don't have one."

Ah, silence.

"Wait, so you're quirkless?" Sato asked, though his voice held no disgust or anything, just confusion.

"Yes. Is this going to be an issue?"
