The king stood on his throne with his leg crossing his other leg staring into my soul "What's your name women?"

"Alice"
Silas adds before i can speak "I asked her" his father gives him a death stare
And I don't know what type of emotions I should be feeling

"Now I heard you interfered in royal business and also hit a few of our guards"

"They were on OUR grounds and hurting our forest animals don't you guys get alerted too when others stand in your grounds of the royals?"

I don't feel to scared..more like irritated

"you have some audacity to speak back to the king like that don't you think?"

"Am simply correcting where you're wrong" I hear a faded scoff from beside me coming from silas i slightly glance at him watching as he bowed his head down trying not to reveal his slight smirk.the king laughs before I watch him get of his throne "now..you really are a fearless one aren't you" his voice spoke as his footsteps made their way towards me "you have absolutely no right to get involved like that when you have no idea what is happening expecially hitting our royal guards the way you did"

He stops in front of me lifting my chin up with his staff slightly pushing down on my throat leaving pressure

This is uncomfortable and also not to mention..a little painful

His eyebrows rose.a pair of hands lower the staff from my throat causing eyes to turn to him

"what do you think you're doing?" His father asks with a unpleasant look "this really isn't comfortable you know watching you treat my fiance like that"

My heart stops my brain is confused i have no idea what I heard or if I heard the right thing

"Fiance?" His father's voice pushed its way into my soul "She's the girl I told you I want to marry,you didn't think I was joking right?" Silas's voice spoke utter relaxed

LOOK AT HER!" he stares at me and back at silas "SHES PART OF THE VILLAGE AND SHE ALREADY CAUSED TROUBLE IN THE ROYAL BUSINESS HOW CAN YOU EVEN MAKE SUCH A DECISION WITHOUT TALKING TO ME FIRST"

"Talking to you first? like you talk to me before making decisions for me let's not talk about you calling in the carls family for my ''marriage" I didn't even know about" he tilts his head as he spoke

"I can't believe this" his father finishes rubbing his hand on his forehead "if you will excuse me we have somewhere to be I didn't bring her here for you to criticise her I brought her here to introduce her"

he slides his hand in mine and within seconds am being pulled "Let go!, WHATS HAPPENING!" I grab onto his arm with my other hand whispering harshly

"If you go with it I will explain everything but for the moment play along" he stops and stares at me "please" He finishes

"Fiance?" He's already irritated "She's the girl I told you I want to marry,you didn't think I was joking right" I say adding fuel to the fire
