CHAPTER~02

JENNIE'S POV;

I went downstairs & got Appa on the sofa reading some documents which he got yesterday. Without disturbing him,I looked at the kitchen. Still Appa saw me & signaled me to go to him. I went there with a smile & greet him good morning. On kitchen side, Eomma was cooking while Jisoo was being sit in the kitchen table laughing at something Eomma said. Eomma makes our breakfast everytime she got us. I went there & took an apple to have. But seems like,I'm a ghost to them,they saw me and chose to be engaged in their talks.

"Hey,I'm here too. Don't make me feel like a ghost",I said while having a bite of the apple I took. Eomma looked at me & signaled me to make the breakfast table with Jisoo because we will be having a grand breakfast which we can't finish everytime. "Again a grand opening of foods?" I said & got a glare from Eomma which was noticed by Jisoo. She chuckled at us. And I signaled her to come & follow me to the breakfast table which was in the opposite side where Appa was reading his documents.

"Do you think we can finish this time?",Jisoo said with a teasing tone. It's always a competition between Me & Jisoo in a team vs Appa in another team. As Eomma thinks we don't eat properly and being inattentive towards our eating habits. So,she adds as much as our favourite and light breakfasts as possible.

"Do you think we can?",I said while leaving a sigh. We both know we can't beat Appa. He is a foody but still manages his diet perfectly at this age too. However,I was done with my side & went to help her when I hear her giggle,I looked at her being confused. But her teasing look wasn't fading of her face. What's so entertaining here that I ain't understanding with my brain? It frustrates me when I can't understand something & she already knows that I'm not understanding. "What's so funny?" I asked giving her a glare because she needs to stop giggling without reasons or she should tell me the reason so that I can laugh too.

"Well, somebody said that she won't talk with me today ,the whole day. But seems like she forgot" she said still having the teasing look that time I understood what she meant. So,I chose to play with her words too.

"Well,well. Do you want me to stop talking with you,Chu?",having a small pout with puppy eyes is enough to make her be convinced with me. "If you want,I can be shut down for a day"

She was zoned out for seconds until I shake her shoulders. The look in her was enough to make me go insane with laughing. She didn't expect me to say those words. "No,no. I was just kidding.." she said and started her table side to be done. "You were tired yesterday that's why I turned off the alarm. It's not like I did for fun" her tone was calm and I know she did it for good. But being awake for couple of minutes won't harm my sleep time right? Now you will understand how much thoughtful she's for me,Eomma & Appa.

And I don't want her to be in her dull mood in her birthday. After all, the next day won't be good just like the previous years. Though we try,it won't be a day we can erase from her mind. For this as a particular reason, we always try in her birthdays to make her feel that we are here for her. To make her understand that we can make her smile,happy as well as cheered. She deserves those smiles & happiness and we will do as much as we can just to let her be in good days.

While I was thinking at myself about those days,she was already done with her part & was about to go to Eomma to help her. I looked at her & understood that she was actually waiting for me to say something. And I facepalmed myself in my mind for being a slow mover every time.

"Chu"I called her & she looked at me. She waited for me to speak what I want to say. Because she knows that I will tell. It won't be too much if I say that she can read my mind in seconds. Just having an eye contact and it's enough for us to understand what's inside of the other one's mind. I looked at her and she smiled knowing the words I will come up with.
