Ice and Flame

Chapter 12

 Cath and Lucius were sitting on the sofa in the living room and cuddling.

"Do you really know snakes' language?" Lucius asked.

"Yes, I've known Parseltongue since my birth" Cath replied.

"Wow!Will you show me how  do you communicate with them?" he asked looking at her in admiration.

"No problem. I can do it even now. Let's go" Cath said getting up from the sofa.

  Lucius got up and followed her wondering what did she want to do. They came to the backyard. Cath casted a spell waving her wand. Kobra curled near Lucius' feet. The snake took the offensive position. Suddenly her pupils narrowed and became look like snake's eyes. She hissed a few times. The snake crowled on her hand, touching her skin with her thin tongue and tilting her head. Cath casted another spell. The snake disappeared.

"You're unbelievable. I wouldn't like to meet you at a duel" Lucius said smiling in awe.

"Duel? That's a thought! Let's make a duel!" she said.

 Her eyes sparkled with excitement. Lucius came closer and hugged Cath.

"No, sweetheart. I won't fight you" he said.

"Who says about fighting? I won't fight you to death either. Let's do a duel for a wish. A few safe spells. The looser is the one who will loose a wand first" she said.

"A wish, you say? Well...sounds tempting. It's difficult to resist" Lucius said.

"Brilliant! But don't go easy on me" Cath said.

"Don't even dream about it, baby. I wanna make you a very special wish" he said looking at her.

"Ha! You should win first!" she laughed, looking at him with a challenge.

 They walked on the opposit esides of the yard and took off their wands. Lucius waved his wand, but Kath dodged the ball fulll of water. Cath sent a wind flow into Lucius, but he also dodged. Suddenly Lucius casted another spell. It flew past Cath but touched her shoulder and torn her dress a bit. 

"You've spoiled my dress, Sir. I'll have to kick your ass" she said with her eyes sparkling.

 She ran her hand across her lips looking at Lucius. Lucius gulped, feeling growing arousal. He looked at her naked shoulder.

"Expelliarmus!" Cath said quickly.

Lucius's wand flew off his hand.

"You've lost the alertness, Mister" she said smiling.

"I'll buy you a new dress" he said looking into her magnetic emerald eyes.

Cath came closer and ran her hand across his coat's lapel.

"If it was a real duel, you'll be dead" she said "Reparo" she said running her wand across her dress.

"Stupefy!" Lucius said.

Cath freezed on the spot and couldn't move.

"Who is dead now?" Lucius said looking at her body.

"It's...not...fair" she managed to say.

Lucius smiled and took off the spell.

"You play dirty, sir" she said "But the last spell was mine."

"No way" Lucius said.

"Yes way. After excpelliarmus the duel is over. So, love, you owe me a wish" Cath said.

"Maybe. But admit it, I took you by surprise" he said smiling.
