Chapter 2- "Cool? Cool."

"Riahanon can you take your brother and sisters to school please? And look after Alex today please? His mums coming to pick him up tonight and I know you don't have work," my dad says after he knocks on my door to wake me up.

" I s'pose," I mumble.

"Thanks hun," dad says and I hear his footsteps walk down the hall.

"Riahanon get up!" I hear a voice call as someone came running into my room.

"Yeah Riahanon!" another voice calls. Next thing I know four bodies have jumped on top of me.

"Guys," I groaned. Sydney, Romeo, Berlin and Alex were all piled on top of me.

"Get up! Your taking us to school!" Berlin says.

"Alright, get off me and I'll have a shower," I said and they all scrambled off me before running out of the room. I have a quick shower and change into some light wash ripped skinny jeans and a black Rolling Stones jumper with a black singlet before sitting at the breakfast table.

"Hey Ri can you please go get my phone from Laurens? I left it there and she's a little sick today. By the time we get in the car and leave I won't have time to go get it," Romeo asks me.

"I guess," I say , sighing before I round all the kids up and we all get in my mums prado, as it has enough seats. I buckle Alex into his car seat and drive Sydney to her primary school before taking Romeo, Berlin and Paris to their high school. Once we've dropped the kids off, I head to Laurens house. Which the address was saved into the GPS. I grabbed Alex out of his car seat and he claims he wants to walk so I set him on the ground and we walk up the driveway to Lauren's front door, I knock and wait a couple seconds before the boy with brown hair that I saw yesterday opens the door.

"Oh hey!" he says smiling at me.

"Hey, is Lauren in? She has my younger brother's phone," I say.

"Younger brother?" he asks.

"Yeah, short, brown hair..?" I say.

"Oh! That kid that she claims is her Science partner but is really her boyfriend!" the boy says with realization.

"Pretty much," I laugh and he nods.

"Yeah! I knew he was her boyfriend!" the brown haired boy replies.

"Ri-Ri can we go to the park?" Alex says.

"Sure bud, just let me get Rome's phone," I say.

"Right!" the brown haired boy says.

"Calum who was at the do-" another boy calls as he walks in but abruptly stops as he see's me. I look up to see the red haired boy from yesterday.

"I've just gotta show the pretty girl to Lauren's room quickly, Laurs boyfriend left his phone with her," Calum says, I finally learnt his name!

"I'll show her, it's your turn," the boy with red hair says to Calum who nods, smirking. I shake my head before red haired boy gestured for me to follow him. I pick Alex up, much to his protest, and follow the red haired boy upstairs. He knocked on a door at the top of the stairs and then opened it.

"Hey Laur, how are you feeling?" he asked quietly and I heard a soft voice answer, but I couldn't make out what she said.

"Well that's not good, anyway, apparently you have your boyfriends phone?" he replies. He pauses before gesturing for me to go in.

"Hey Lauren," I said softly and she smiles at me.

"Hey Ri," she replies and smiles.

"Ri," Alex whispers in my ear. "Who's that?"
