"Michael slow down!" I giggle as he pushes me around in the shopping cart. We'd gone back to the hotel for warm clothes before going to the supermarket. Now he's pushing me around in a shopping cart like a child. I laugh as we turn a corner and he suddenly skids to a stop, realising we need something down this aisle.

"Chocolate?" Michael asks and I nod with a big smile. This boy makes me feel giddy, like I'm a kid again. Everyone had trusted Michael and I to gather the supplies for the movie night and now I'm not so sure they should have.

"Popcorn?" Michael asks.

"What's a movie night without popcorn?" I asked and he rolled his eyes before chucking it in the trolley, hitting me in the head.

"Ow," I say whilst laughing. We continue adding supplies to the cart as people judge the two teenagers running through the store. But we were having more fun than I'd had in a long time, so I wasn't complaining. As we reached the checkouts, I got out of the trolley.

"Becky!" Someone called as we raced around. I spun to look at the person, who seemed to think I was my cousin. It was a blonde with a tall stature. "What are you doing in New York?'

"I'm not Becky, I'm her cousin Ri. Different nose and hair," I say grinning. Michael wraps his arm around my shoulder as the stranger approaches.

"Oh right, I'm Alex! I haven't seen your cousin in forever, but she and I were super close when she was travelling around America." I start to think, Becky never travelled America. She went to Canada, Europe and Britain but didn't make it to America.

"Becky never travelled-" I started but all of a sudden he pulls out a camera, takes a photograph and waves before running off.

"Did we just get papped?" Michael asks. "Fuck."

"I'm sorry-" I start.

"Don't." He holds a hand up and I just take it and hold it.

"Look at me in the eye," I say. He looks at me. "I'm sorry, I know you're probably upset but we'll work this out okay."

"They've got proof that we're together now Ri," Michael says gesturing at the retreating figure.

"Babe it's okay, have you seen our twitters? Everyone knew anyway!" I say and he sighs.

"You're right, I'm sorry. I just get stressed out because I don't want you to get hurt," Michael says and I nod.

"I know, but don't get upset because I still haven't learnt public etiquette yet when it comes to photographers and paparazzi. I promise I'll start to be more careful and perhaps when we're by ourselves, you could start teaching me things to help with dealing with them?" I ask and he nods.

"You're right, it's happened now and we can't change it. I'll start to come up with tips and things to help you get through the attention without obtaining bad press." Michael says before kissing my head and unloading our shopping onto the conveyor belt. "I do have to call and tell security though. They'll let management know."

As he's on the phone, I finish unloading everything and the checkout girl scans it.

"Is that Michael Clifford?" She whispers and I nod with a smile.

"Are you a fan?" I ask and she nods in response. "It's nice to meet you!"

"It's lovely to meet you too, I'm Brooke. Do you reckon he'll let me get a photo?" She asks.

"I'll ask for you," I say before winking at her. Michael comes back and I smile real big at him.

"Can you take a photo with Brooke?" I ask Michael with a big smile.
