After being abandoned by his master on a mission Y/n finds himself at the mercy of a sith. But instead of killing the young padawan the sith takes him in as his own in hopes of reviving an empire long since forgotten.

Y/n rushes towards Cal, who has just mastered Form II, sends a firm thrust towards him, Cal dodges to the left and force pulls Y/n towards him attempting to slash his chest but Y/n threw his lightsaber at Cal, who ducked, and recalled to him. The two sprint towards each other and clash their lightsabers together.
Y/n: I think I'm realizing the reason you could never beat Starkiller.
Cal: Oh Yeah, what's that.
Y/n: You only know form I and II, Starkiller can easily combat that, You need to learn new lightsaber forms so you can switch between them in the middle of the battle and confuse your opponent.
Cal nods as he uses Form II to back away suddenly catching Y/n of guard as he stumbles forward. While his guard is broken, Cal deactivates his lightsaber and slammed the hilt into Y/n, breaking his nose. Y/n jumps back as he groans in pain.
Y/n: Ow
Y/n switches to Form III as Cal reactivates his lightsaber. Cal dashes towards Y/n and tries a diagonal strike from the left but Y/n parry's the strike and disarms Cal (Not Literally, we're not Anakin people) and holds his lightsaber to Cal's neck.
Y/n: As I said earlier switch forms every once in awhile.
Cal: I only know form I and II though.
Y/n: Learn more forms, easy fix.
Cal: (Mumbles) Easy for you to say, Your a prodigy.
Y/n: What was that?
Cal: Nothing.
Timeskip
Y/n was relaxing drinking some coffee in the kitchen when Starkiller walks in.
Starkiller: Y/n, master has called you for your first mission.
Y/n: Alright
Y/n quickly finishes his Coffee and starts walking to Kaien's Room. Arriving, he knocked on the door and waited for an answer
Kaien: Come in
Y/n walks in and closes the door behind him as he sits across from his master. Kaien opens his bright orange eyes as he peers at Y/n.
Y/n: Master, You called?
Kaien: Yes, I think it's time for your first mission.
Y/n: What is it, my master?
Kaien: Your old Master has taken on a new apprentice, he is strong in the force, Kill him. Leave your old master alive. You will complete this mission alone.
