The Big Night

~After school~

As soon as the bell rang I saw Alex and ran up to him. Then we looked for Tuck and Munch.

"Okay. We'll leave the house at 6. 15 minutes later, We pick up Alex. Then Munch. And we off at 6:30." Tuck said.

Then he turned to Alex and Munch.

"Tonight were not boys anymore. Were men." He said.

Then someone push him down and his camera.

"Really?" Tuck said annoying.

I walked up to him and help him up.

"Sorry man I didn't see you." The guy said walking away.

Tuck picked up his camera.

"Tuck, You okay?" Alex asked.

Tuck nod then sign.

~Minutes later~

As soon as me and Tuck got home we ran to our rooms and packed. Then I heard a knock.

"Libby hurry up." Tuck said pounding the door.

I rolled my eyes and open the door.

"Okay lets go." He said running down.

I ran behind him. He had his camera in his hand. I saw mom dad and Marcus in the kitchen talking and laughing.

"Mom were heading off to Munch's house." Tuck said.

"Alright sweetie." Mom said not paying attention to us.

I sign. Before we walked out Tuck walked back in.

"You know what I lied. Were going to a dessert at night.... Alone by ourselves." He said.

My mom didn't say anything.

"We might even rob a bank, go to New Mexico, we might even start a new life." He said.

I grab his arm and pulled him outside. I waited for Tuck. He was putting his camera on his bike. Then Marcus came out. I didn't hear what they said but I heard .

"You can come to a party." Or something like that.

"Ready?" I ask right when Marcus left.

Tuck nod then we took off.

~Minutes later~

After we left we got Alex. We went to Munch house. We left our bikes on the front of the garage. Then we open the door.

"Guys would please help my son with his room, before I go crazy? I don't think he started... Munch have you even started packing?" His mother Betty ask as we walked in.

I laughed as we walk upstairs.

"Hey let's scare him." Alex said turning to us.

We nod while Tuck turned on his camera. Alex opened the door. We walk in slowly. Munch was sitting at his desk working on something. Then Alex came up to him scared the life out of him.

"Well you stop doing that?" Munch asked putting him hand over his heart.

We all laugh.

"Sorry." Alex said still laughing.

"One day your gonna give me a heart attack." He said.

He pushed the camera back.

"Turn that off." He said.

Alex looked at the things Munch was working on. I followed him.

"Hey Munch, what's this?" I ask.

"Oh. I created a substation for each of our parents phone. That wired to the router. Which is wired to the transmitter. Which transmits to the receiver. And that's... My phone." He said smiling all proud of what he did.

"Wait... So let me get this straight. No matter who our parents call it goes to your phone?" Tuck ask.

"Yup my mom's friend always say that I sound just like my mom... You know when I pick up the phone.... So I figured... I could be Betty." Munch said putting his phone to his ear.

I rolled my eyes. Then we all ran downstairs.

"Hey where are you going?" Munch mother ask.

I closed the door.

Then I see Munch holding the door knob breathing in and out.

"Good job you did it." I said patting his back.

We ran and got our bikes. I turned my head and see Munch still standing there. He's not doing what I think he's doing. I turned my bike around.

"Munch what are you doing let's go." I said.

Then Alex and Tuck turned around.

"Guys hold on... Just hold on." He said.

"C'mon. Your not bailing on us now." Tuck said.

"Just hear me out." He said.

"We've been waiting this forever." I said.

"Guys. Listen, this is crazy what were doing... I don't want to punk out or anything-."

"Then c'mon." I said cutting him off.

He shook his head.

"It's just my mom... You know she just got divorced... She already has enough guys lying to her." He said.

I rolled my eyes as Tuck is talking to Munch.

"I say let's put a vote in it. All hands on who want to go?" Tuck said as he raised his hand.

I raised my hand after, then Alex raised his hand.

Munch sign.

"Now I have to raise Mine." He said as Alex raised his hands.

"Fine... Fine. I'll go, under one condition." He points.

He walks into the garage and held up three helmets. One was purple and blue. So I took that.

Then there was two. One was Red and black.

Then one was a butterflies.

Alex and Tuck fought for the red and black one, but Alex won
