The meeting rooms was filled with tension as the team gathered for the first time since the incident on the pitch against Borussia dortmund. The previous match, though victory, had been escalated between not just two players but everybody,
Ada, stood at the front of the room, ready to address the issue head on.

A the team smelled into their seats, whispers murmurs filled the air each player recounting their version of events. Ada took a deep breath, scanning the faces of her colleagues and friends.

"Thank you all for coming," she began, her voice steady but carrying the weight of disappointment. "I know the past few days have been difficult for everyone. The incident on the pitch has casted a shadow over our recent success, and it's something we need to address openly and honestly not just to us, but to our fans."

The room fell silent, all eyes on Ada.

"We are a team,"she continued, "and being a team means supporting each other, both in moments of triumph and in times of conflict. What happened a few days ago was unacceptable. There is not excuse for physical altercations. We represent not only ourselves but also our fans, our club and the sport of football."

She paused, allowing her words to sink in.
She saw mid of agreement, but also faces marked with regret and frustration. Among them, sat Trent, his expression a mixture of guilt and determination. He had been at the centre of the conflict, it was very hard for him.

"We need to understand, why we, let this situation escalate. That why i want to work with each one of you separately, about different ways to makes sure this never happens again, any questions?"

"It's not a question, " Trent started, "I let my anger out just because of silly words, i am very sorry."

His apology was met with a somber silence.

"Thank you, Trent." Ada said, "It takes courage to admit when we're wrong."

With that, they walked out of the meeting room side by side, ready to face whatever came next, united in their commitment to each other and to the team. The incident on the pitch had been a wake up call, and it reminded them, that there were still things to work on.
