𝐋𝐔𝐍𝐀 𝐖𝐀𝐒 𝐈𝐍 𝐀𝐍𝐅𝐈𝐄𝐋𝐃 𝐄𝐀𝐑𝐋𝐘 as she was assigned by the media team to take pictures of the players as they were warming up for their match against 𝐛𝐮𝐫𝐧𝐥𝐞𝐲 for the 𝐟𝐚 𝐜𝐮𝐩, she was out in the field taking a few pictures to send to the media team of the stadium whilst waiting for the players to step out and begin the warm ups.

meanwhile, the players were on their way to the stadium. james was sitting next to jordan and said, " how was your date? "

jordan shot him a glare, " it wasn't a date! "

" oh i am sorry, how was the play date? " james smirks.

" you do realize that she and i — are just friends milly, friends who just so happen to be parents to two eight year old girls " jordan said, " that wanted to spend time together "

" and i'm sure you and luna spent time together so spill the beans hendo " james grins.

" ok, first of all don't ever say spill the beans and second, luna and i were just talking about our girls and how difficult it was to raise them on our own, specially with how she lost her husband and i lost ellie " jordan said.

" hendo, despite your skills as a captain and a footballer; you're the most foolish person i ever saw in my life " james laughs. " you and luna have history, the story writes itself at this point especially when surprise surprise, your girls are getting along "

" there's no story, you and my mam are seeing things " jordan said, " luna has been a staple part of my childhood and has always been a person i considered a friend "

" so you wouldn't mind if she went on a date with someone else! " james said.

jordan's eyes narrowed, " what do you mean? a date with someone else! she told me she's not considering dating "

" maybe she was lying to you, cause she seemed to have caught the eye of one of the lads in the media department, i think his name was tyler or something " james said, observing how jordan's eyes darkened.

" well — she's allowed to do what she pleases as i have said. she and i, we're just friends " jordan shrugs.

both men look up to see virgil who took a seat across from them, " i told this idiot about the guy from the media department that seemed to fancy luna and asked her out on a date "
