Chapter Fourteen

After your lunch, you all head back to Tony's car. Natasha decided to drive this time. That mean't Wanda sat in the back with you. The walk out to the car you still felt someone watching you. You took a quick glance around and didn't notice anything. You brushed it off, realizing that you're with the two most powerful Avengers, people are gonna look. "I'm sorry I've been so busy with work lately. I want everything to be perfect on paper." You said no them while looking out the window. "It's okay dekta, we know." Wanda said while placing her hand on your leg. You held her hand that was holding your leg without looking back to her, taking in the calm and relaxing moment. Next thing you know there's a truck speeding towards you, you go to yell at the older women but before you can, the truck hits the car.

"Hang on dekta! You're okay." You faintly hear. You go to move but you're stuck. You barely open your eyes to realize that the car is upside down. You can see out the front of the car that Natasha is fighting two guys. You look to your left to try and find Wanda but don't see her. You start to panic, you quickly press your bracelet three times in the middle, remembering what Wanda told you when she gave it to you. Now it's time to try and get out of the car. You reach for the belt buckle and thankfully it comes undone. You quickly catch yourself with your hands before you land on your head. Taking a look around, there's no safe way to get out. You noticed that your window is cracked all the way down. Thankful that your wearing decent shoes today, you kick the window. You hear it crack some more before you do it again and it breaks. 'That was easy' you think to yourself. Crawling out of the side of the car you notice that Tony is flying above you guys now, looking like he's talking to himself. 'He must be calling for help' you think to yourself. Once you stand you take a glance around. Seeing Natasha fighting now one person while Wanda is fighting three men. All of a sudden you get a punch in the side. It takes the air from your lungs. You quickly recover, your body going into fight or flight mode. The man that hit you is about to hit you again, you quickly dodge his punch and return it with one of your own. The man falters for a moment before he's charging at you again. This time you move out of the way while tripping him and he falls onto the ground. Out of nowhere Tony comes up and zip ties the man's hands behind his back. "Didn't think you had that in you, kid!" Tony voice comes through with shock and amusement. You just give his suit a glance while looking around for the two older women.

You see them checking each other for injury's before they glance at you. You're holding your side where the man had punched you. You have a cut on your head from where the airbag deployed. They're at your side in less than 10 seconds. "You okay dekta?" Wanda says while Natasha is checking your head and side to see the damage done. "I'm fine." You say breathlessly with a chuckle. "She took this guy down on her own! Watch out Romanoff! She's coming for your job!" Tony says with a laugh. You giggle at that with the older women but then there's a sharp pain on your side. You wince and almost fall to the ground but Wanda is there to catch you before you do. "She needs checked out Tony!" Wanda says in a panic. You look at her and everything starts to get blurry. "I'm fi-" you get hit with a wave of dizziness and groan. "I'm just gonna rest for a bit." You whisper to Wanda who is still holding you up. "Stay awake baby." Is the last thing you hear before loosing consciousness.
