"So this project will go on for the rest of the year as your final project. You and your pair must try and do something each day to get to know each other and you will be filling this book that I'm handing out with information about the other and things you've done together, it's like an about my partner scrapbook. You will be showing it at the end of the year and you will be keeping it." She explained calmly her soothing voice echoing around the room everyone was sitting in a pair with their book.
"I'll give you this lesson to start but every lesson after this will be normal, so the class erupted into chaos. I turned to find him already staring down at me. I hate those 3 inches bc they make such a difference.
I tilted my head confused "Favourite colour?" His slightly raspy just got out of bed comforting voice just pissed me off.
"Green or purple maybe black yours?" I say giving him the dirtiest look possible. "I like purple black and blue you still like doing that lettering stuff calligraphy I think you called it ?" He remembers that ? How ? I think my shock was evident.
"Don't look so shocked butterfly i haven't even done anything to surprise you yet" I nodded "I still like doing calligraphy do you want me to do something for the title ?" I ask he shakes his head "Teach me how to do it so we can have the same title font" his small smile making his eyes crinkle
"Give me an I owe you if I teach you how" I order he nodded we shake on it and teach him how to do my favourite font and we colour it in designing our front covers to match the other's personality.
"First off can our first get to know each other activity be now and 21 questions?" I ask and he nods pulls out his phone and points his camera at me i give him dirty looks while he just laughs at my anger, I took pictures too.
He looked kinda cute I hate to admit.
We wrote our questions in the books leaving space for pictures and answers. Swapping the books to write our answers and swapping them back to read each other's answers I learnt some stuff.
1. He plays two sports (ice hockey and basketball but not for the school)
2. He has four siblings (he is the second oldest)
3. He cannot stand the colour red (because it hurts his eyes if its too bright.)
4. He is ahead in all his classes
5. His oldest brother is in Harvard and at the top of his class
6. He thinks of his baby sister as his baby (because he is her main caregiver)
7. He is a major geek and game fanatic
8. His love language is either quality time or physical touch
9. He wants to dye his hair at least 3 colours this year
10. He loves reading and has read everything in the school library
11. He has glasses but wears contacts most of the time because its more comfortable for him.
12. He hates storms and thunder.
13. He wants to get a bunny but doesnt have the space and already has a black cat
14. He has a crush on someone
15. He doesn't watch shows (because hes usually working or taking care of his siblings and doesnt have the time)
16. He prefers baking but does more cooking
17. His favourite game is either the sims 4 or apex
18. He learnt how to take care of a car before he could shower alone and can fix any car as long as he has the equipment.
19. He hates sand because of how messy it is
20. He hates mess
21. His cats name is Lorry. Like the truck.
