-You know what he tried to do?! Japan asked and slammed the table with their bare hands. He tried to bomb me!

Their voice started to get hoarse by their shouting and beside them was South Korea trying to calm them down.

-Japan, sit back down please. She tugged their arm down but they refused.

-No! Your brother's crazy! They scolded her before turning to UN who was sitting up high on the throne like chair. We have to do something about that man child!

-But UN! South Korea jumped up from her chair and looked at the million eyes from his wings staring down at her. We've lost contact with him! Dragging him here will only shock him and hate us even more!

-Oh stop trying to make him all baby like just because you don't have a brotherly love relationship with him! Japan punched the table down making everyone jump and fall silent.

No one has seen them this angry in a while.

-Of course, when it's you who does it. You keep quiet... She cussed under her breath but loud enough to provoke them.

-... What did you say?

-You heard me! South Korea pushed Japan's shoulders making them stumble.

-You-!

Before anything could get worst, a feather flew in between them at high speed and landing straight in the table. The eye staring intensely at both of them. They let each other go and looked away. But they still hissed at each other nonetheless.

Ireland went ahead and planted his chair in between the two felines since he has the best shot at breaking up the fights. UN told both of them to sit down and calm themselves down before opening their mouth and say something stupid. Even with their ears all the way back, they still listened and obeyed.

-Why not just force him to come? He's done so much damage already. China asked and shrugged.

-Have you not been listening mate? North Korea won't come. He hates all of us. Ireland scoffed and turned to China.

-I know, that's why I said force. Of course, only if UN allows it. She nodded in respect and his eyes observed her.

-...What's your plan? He asked and China smiled.

South Korea and Japan turned to him. Actually, everyone turned to him. Forcing a country to attend was never allowed, he was breaking his own rules.

-N-Now now, UN. Vatican city who was sitting next to him and wasn't sure on what to say. You're on thin ice right now...

-Fine, we're taking a vote between us three. All in favor of not forcing North Korea to come, raise your hand.

Only Vatican city raised a hand and UN looked between all three of them.

Everyone took a breath. They watched as UN's feather eyes turned to his right. The silence was so heavy you couldn't even breath properly. Some wish to talk North Korea some sense, however some doesn't want to risk their people's lives. They wait patiently as the red cross twins choose their sides.

-What do you choose. UN tilted his head to the twins and had a small smile. You girls vote as one.

They took a second to look at each other and nodded in agreement. They both raised their hands and UN understood right away before the countries.
