This is absolutely NOT a ship. Y'all know why? Because then it'll be considered as grooming.

Soviet - 35 years old

Australia - 11 years old.

The little Australia was getting horribly bored at where he was. Walking around in circles after finishing copying the words on the blackboard 10 times like they asked him too as punishment wasn't enough to keep him mentally well kept. No, he wanted to run outside.

It was winter and there was snow. There was a harsh snowfall but it had since died down, the snowflakes were huge! He missed his chance to stick his tongue out like Canada once told him to do.

Australia looked left and right around himself to see if anyone was here with him. When he remembered he was in detention, allegedly for something he didn't do, he grabbed his jacket from his chair and wore it with his scarf. He reached out and opened the window up and slithered out. He felt so proud to "disobey" his father's words and deciding to play in the snow.

He didn't want to go far, literally being right next to the window in case the door suddenly opened, however something caught his eyes. The school building was on top of some sort of hill, underneath there was a forest. He heard a squeak as if an animal had been killed and he snapped his head towards the noise. Silence.

Australia slowly got up and let go of the small snowman that he was making. He walked towards the edge and got on four legs. He leaned in front trying not to lose balance but ultimately failed. His right hand betrayed him, making him slip. The boy didn't even had time to scream in terror before loosing conscious.

Australia woke up with a heavy blanket on top of him with overwhelming patterns on it. It was so warm and he could hear the fire crackling near him. He turned to the left and there was a fireplace with a tall man squatting down in front of him. The man was wearing only a white shirt with brown baggy pants.

The man turned to the child with a tired look on his face and made Australia's spine tickle.

-H-Hello there... Australia managed to let go and the tall man only hummed.

-You're not supposed to be here. He walked up to him and Australia whimpered in fear.

Soviet reached out to him grabbed his wrist to pull Australia up from the couch. He shouted in pain but the man kept doing it until the little kid get on his feet.

-Your hurting me! Australia shouted and kept pulling but his wrist was wrapped by the big hands.

-Don't pull. If not I'll dislocate your entire arm! He ordered and Australia obeyed.

They went outside the cabin and Australia had a difficulty following him because of the snow. Soviet groaned and picked him up. Australia gasped and Soviet placed him on his shoulders. He was shocked at the view he was looking from such a high place.

-Wow! It looks amazing! Australia said happily and grabbed the man's hair.

-Ow let go! He shouted and Australia instantly let go.

-I'm sorry mister!

-Your father is Britain, right? He huffed out trying to contain his anger and refusing to lash out at him.

-Yup! I was at that school! Aussie said and pointed up there and Soviet looked up.

-You fell from there? I know a small path.

Soviet started to climb up the hill with seemingly on no path. Australia was scared that he would fall off.

Finally, they arrived at the school and Australia asked to get off and Soviet obeyed. He lifted him up with ease and gently placed him down on the snow. Australia instantly ran towards where he came out and looked at the open window. He climbed back in with a little bid of help from Soviet.

-Thanks mister! Australia said happily but Soviet shushed him.

-Don't be so loud. He whispered and Australia nodded.

-Thanks mister! He smiled and Soviet did a small one.

-Don't talk about me to your father.

-Why?

-For them, I'm a stranger. For you, I'm a... Friend.

Australia ohed and nodded in agreement. Soviet smiled and got up and waved at him. He turned back to the path and Aussie looked back in his room.

The door opened and Britain came in. He saw his child leaning on the open window and saw that he was wearing his jacket.

-Did you went outside? Britain walked towards him and he nodded.

-But just over here. I made a small snowman. He pointed on the white ground and Britain only hummed.

He closed the window and gently pushed Aussie towards the door.

-Let's go, you've finished your detention.

-It wasn't my fault, father! Australia whined and hold onto his father's hand.

-I know, and I apologize for not being able to get you out... But I'm proud of you defending your younger sister.

-... It wasn't even my fault...

Britain sighed and carried him and smiled.

-I made a friend. Australia whispered.

-Oh? Who?

-I can't tell you~! Australia giggled and Britain had a questioned look.

-Did you had fun?

-Hmmm... I don't know, it was special!

Britain listened as Australia chattered on about his new friend.
