Neteyam and Nalani were both grinning ear to ear as they both were holding large bowls of water looking down at Frankie who was sleeping comfortably in her bed at the bottom bunk.
"3. 2. 1–" Neteyam mouthed and then the two dumped cold water on their sister.
Frankie woke up gasping for air feeling the coldest of the water. Frankie immediately jumped out of the bed ready to hit the two. Both Neteyam and Nalani ran up the steps of the basement where all three of them shared as a bedroom.
The triplets ran past the kitchen where Ian, Lip, Carl, Debbie and Fiona who was holding Liam in her arms. Everyone except Fiona watched the scene amused.
Nalani ran around the couch and Neteyam tried to jump over it but tripped. "I'm gonna kill you two!" Frankie says and gets on top of Neteyam and starts hitting him. Neteyam blocked his face as she kept hitting him. Fiona runs into the livingroom and pulls her off Neteyam. "Hey what's going on?"
"Those fuckwads poured water on me!" She yells pointing down on herself. "In our defense Fiona she seemed dried out like a helpless whale on a beach." Neteyam jokes as he stood next to Nalani who was laughing. "I'm gonna kill them!" Frankie shouts, reaching over to fight the two.
"You're not gonna kill anyone, go get ready for school." Fiona says Frankie rolled her eyes and stomped back into the kitchen and went down into the basement glaring at her triplets as she walked. "I told you two to wake her up." She scolded them "we did." They said in unison.
Fiona rolled her eyes "go!" She said and pointed to the kitchen. The two walked by their older sisters with grins on their faces.
Lip handed Nalani Liam "Hey Bubs." She cooed at the infant then kissed his cheeks. "Can you make me a bowl of cereal?" She asked Lip "No. Make it yourself." He said, eating a scoop of his cereal. "You just handed me Liam how am I supposed to make myself a bowl asshole." She snapped at him as she took a seat at the end of the table. "There is no more milk anyways." Lip says annoyed Nalani glared at him as he ate his cereal.
"hey it's fine we'll just get donuts after." Neteyam whispers to her and gently runs his hand on Liam's head and makes his way towards Debbie pecking her forehead and playfully shoves Carl's head making him laugh, shoving him back.
Fiona went over to the wall to check the calendar, and saw the electric bill was due that day. She grabbed a shoebox off the table "electric." She said placing the box on the table.
Lip dropped some money in the box then passed the box saying "electric." And passed it to Neteyam who dropped in two twenty dollars in the box then pasted it to ian.
Ian placed a few bills past it too Carl. Carl passed to Debbie not dropping in anything. 'electric.' Debbie pulled out her wallet as Fiona helped Carl flip his shirt inside out.
Frankie came down the steps slapping Neteyam in the back of the head. Before taking her seat next to Nalani who was past the box. Nalani reached into her pocket, dropped 50 bucks into the box and then slid the box to Frankie who placed 10 and 20 bucks in the box.
"where'd you guys get so much money?' Lip asked his younger siblings suspicious. "Well you know some of us actually have jobs unlike you doing people's homework for them and tutoring." Frankie says, rolling her eyes. "Who's got the phone?" Fiona asks and "me" Lip said and pulled it out of his pocket "any minutes left?" Fiona asked him "uh 14" he said and tossed the phone to Fiona "How much are we short?" Fiona asked as she was throwing clothes in the dryer.
"I need something for show and tell," Debbie comments. Neteyam took his watch off his wrist and handed it to her. "How much more do we need" Fiona asks them "$17.46" Debbie tells her "im tutoring after school, so I should be able to kick in like 10 more" lip says "no need." Neteyam says putting in a twenty dollar bill.
