Chapter Seven

Camri POV

Am I wrong for smiling at Hakeem? I mean, he is looking quite delicious right now. I know this is wrong too. Man, there's alot of freaky things running my mind right now. I havent. seen this dude in three years and he comes back with a single mother. Like who does that? We always said that we'd have kids together. But I guess thats all over now. Im satisfied with Ben and he's satisfied with Heaven. I wouldnt sacrifice my relationship with Ben anyways. I love him way to much. I just need some air. Yeah, that'll help get things off my mind. Plus, I need to finish my new song.

"I need to be excused" I said getting up from the table and walking to my old room.

I grabbed my song book and my phone and then headed out.

I walked to the secret tree house that Haleem took me to when we were ten. I couldn't believe it was still there. I smiled and walked inside of it. This tree house has so many memories between Hakeem and I. I even remeber when we were 12 and had our first kisses with eachother here.

**FlashBack**

"Come on Camri !" Hakeem pleaded.

"No Hakeem, I dont even know why I let you bring me here." I replied crossing my arms and sitting back on the treee house wall.

"Why? You're scared?" Hakeem asked.

"No, I just dont know where your lips have been." I said shrugging.

"My lips could be on yours if you just kiss me!" Hakeem said.

"Hakeem, how many times do I have tod tell you? I dont --" I was cut off by Haleem kissing me.

We kissed for about two more minutes until we both stopped and looked eachother right in the eyes. Hakeem just smiled at me.

"You're a great kisser" He said then he grabbed my hand and took me home.

**Flashback Over**

We never talked about that kiss. We just forgot about it and kept kissing. Every single day. But we never dated.

Hakeem POV

"I dont know baby" I said laying down the guest bed.

"Please daddy!! Im so bored!!" Vaeh cried out.

"Fine Vaeh, i'll take you to the park" I said.

She happily jumped up and down repeatedly. I put on my Nike house shoes drove Vaeh to my childhood park. As soon as we got there she sped off to the play ground. I laughed and shook my head. I remeber when I used to play here with Camri. We had so much fun as kids. This was the place when Camri told me she had feelings for me. I remeber it clear as day. We were twelve years old and we were both at the park with our friends. We were on opposite sides of the park texting eachother. She was with Kiana and I was with Anthony.

**Flashback**

"Look bro! She texted back!" I said.

"What'd she say?" Anthony asked.

I looked down at the text and it read : 'Im really feeling you Haleem'

I smiled and replied with : 'Im feeling you too Cam. Why dont you meet me at our spot?'

She quickly responded with : 'On my way now'

I then showed Anthony the texts. "Go get her" He said.

I ran to our secret spot and I saw her walking in the tree house. I walked in and we sat in silence until I spoke up.

"So you really feeling me?" I asked.

She looked down shyly, "Yeah, I am" She replied.

"Then kiss me, cause im feeling you too" I said.

"Umm no." Camri said being all stubborn.

"Come on Camri !" I pleaded.

"No Hakeem, I dont even know why I let you bring me here." She replied crossing her arms and sitting back on the tree house wall.

My thoughts were then interrupted by a crowd of people screaming . I immediately grabbed Nevaeh an ran to the car. But, before I could drive off I heard a voice calling my name. And not just any voice, Camri's voice.
