Camri POV

"So how do you feel?" Haleem asked.

"I feel okay .. I guess. I just wanna go home." I replied.

"It's okay Cam, you can leave in less than 24 hours." He said.

"Well, thank you." I said.

"It was nothing, I told you in fifth grade, I got you for life girl." Haleem said smiling.

"Well I really appreciate it. And I'm sorry if I messed up your relationship with Heaven." I said looking down playing with my fingers.

"That's okay, I guess we weren't meant for eachother. Besides, I came down to Atlanta for a reason ." He said scooting closer towards me.

"Which would be?" I asked.

"You." He said, now exactly next to me.

Awkward silence. We both looked into eachothers eyes and slowly leaned in. By the time our noses were touching, I knew there was no turning back.

Then it happened. We kissed. Sometimes I wonder how can every kiss we share have sparks. How can every kiss feel like our first. How can every kiss feel like we're madly inlove. How?

I had to stop this. Everything was moving to fast. No matter how bad I want this, it just dosent feel right knowing that Haleem dosent feel the same way. I backed away from the kiss and looked down.

"Is there something wrong? Why did you stop?" Haleem ask.

"Umm... I just don't feel comfortable kissing you with our situation. " I said.

"But it was okay when you wanted to have sex? Oh." Haleem said. I could feel him getting mad.

"No! That wasn't okay either. I wasn't in my right mind. I was horny as hell!" I explained.

"It was just a kiss! Maybe it could've lead to something bigger!" he said.

"I think we should stay friends. " I said.

"Well what if I want to be much more than that! What if I'm inlove with you!" He yelled.

I just sat there amazed. "I dont know what to say Haleem." i said.

"Whatever Camri, I'll be here in the morning to pick you up." He said picking up his jacket and leaving.

Before I could even say bye he had already slammed the door and left. So much for being friends.
