Make sure to smell around? What the hell does he mean by that? I should have looked at that painting that he painted but I didn’t think anything about it at the time as I was processing what my mother had told me.

I rush out of the library even though I hear Chan yelling something at me before I left but if Changbin has Jisung, I am not wasting a second. I can’t lose Jisung,the demon doesn’t want him though, they are looking for me.

I have a feeling I know why too,I just have been hiding that sneaking suspicion. There are somethings that I don’t want to bring up about my past but now,it could be unavoidable. I ram the door open to see Jisung standing in front of Changbin.

“Well just the man I have been looking for” Changbin eerily smiles before circling around us as I run over to Jisung shaking him but he seems to be blank as if he isn’t the one in control…Changbin’s power, it was to hypnotize people, which means Jisung is in a trance right now.

“What do you want from me so fucking badly?” I won’t make deals, I know how dirty and complicated that could be. 

“Oh dear Yongbok, why are you in such a rush to get this over with? This is only the start. After all,don’t act as if you are so innocent” I’m not totally innocent but I never claimed that I was in the first place. 

“The start of what?” 

“Don’t make me spill what you don’t want to be heard” Who would know right now other than Jisung who is in an obvious trance. If they wanted to know, then they could ask me and I would tell them.

“You started it, you are bringing someone who has nothing to do with my family, release him” I yelled before Changbin sits down on one of the locker room bleachers. I smelled around quickly but don’t smell anything.

“Now now, there is no need for dramatic yelling, I could say one word and things could go terribly wrong.” What does he mean by that? He isn’t trying to kill either of us due to the fact of it isn’t poison nor is it drowning so it couldn’t have been that. 

My phone..I have it set where it would call Hyunjin’s phone if anything were to happen like an emergency..no, I can’t do that. I don’t need to reel someone else into this, especially not my soulmate. 

“Okay then, what is there to talk about? My bloodline summoned you a generation back with the Seo and Jung blood,why did you go after Seo’s bloodline and not mine? After all,my father was the one who went insane after seeing those events go down with Alex and killed many students during that fire saying they ‘burned’ alive.”

Most of what I am saying is true but I refuse to continue the dark arts part of my bloodline. Blood magic is also a great combination with the dark magic,my father and mother included in that bunch, but I have never once did it. 

I know what black magic and blood does to people, it drives them to insanity, seeping closer and closer the more they use dark magic. That’s why my father went insane at his young age, because he was the one who summoned this demon a month before going after Alex. 

“Do you happen to know Alex’s full name? I bet not even his ex lover knew this much. I will give you a hint, Look at the way Alex is so open towards Hyunjin…but why you ask?”

My heart sinks as I think about it, he never got to know his great uncle but he remembers going to his grave once a year on the day of his death. Something ghosts won’t remember the date of. 

“I don’t” I don’t want history to repeat itself but what else can I do? I refuse to leave Hyunjin because I love him too much and it’s not physically possible for me to be away from him for too long. Shit, how long has it been now.
