I quickly move over to Felix catching him before he falls on the floor as I hold him close to my chest barely feeling him breathing as Changbin collapses right when Felix did. “I thought you told me no one was going to die?”

I shouldn’t be pointing fingers but at the same time, if Chan knew these were the risks, he should have never brought this up. This is more of a life for a life kind of thing. Lee Know sighs before saying “Felix knew the risks too,he came to me one day and we talked about it for 30 minutes but the thing is,he knew that the demon was going to come after you two and he said he couldn’t live like that”

“And you didn’t bother to tell me or even stop him from doing it?” I direct my attention over to Lee Know now. I look down at Felix as he is limp against me with blood covering him. I stroke his hair then feel his pulse. It’s still there but it is almost silent.

“Do you know how stubborn your boyfriend is? There are only two ways of getting a demon out and they are both risky but this route is better than unleashing more demons into the world.” Lee Know may say that now but he isn’t the one alive nor is his lover alive.

I pat his cheek gently “Felix,Baby,come on. You have to snap out of this..Please” I hold his bloody body as I hold his smaller hand in mine. I can’t lose hope on him,but as some say, the third time's the charm.  “You could have tried,there has to have been something better”

Lee know looks at me annoyed before he sighs “Yes,Hyunjin,I know. He also knew that with this ritual,the demon will attack the stronger blood magic user. Since you can practice blood magic like a lot of people can,your main magic or the one that is the strongest is Green magic mixed with another one which my brain is too overloaded to figure out right now”

Felix never warned me about that,I should have known that he would have left that piece out. He didn’t say it because he knew that I would have stopped him if he did. I should have been more careful but I have so much on my plate that I didn’t even think about it.

I look over at Changbin as Jisung is tending to him but my vision is blurred due to the tears in my eyes. I shake him gently as I hold his hand up to my hand as I kiss his hand. “Please don’t become my angel.” I whisper to him. So much for healing your loved one because I’m afraid it was too late. “I love you so much Felix.”

I feel his hand twitch very slightly in my hand before I hear him softly groan before rolling over and spitting out the blood that was left over in his mouth. “Fuck” He groans as he slowly gets back up on his two feet but I hold him back by holding him by his shoulder. He just sighs laying his head down in my lap.

“Lix,you lost a lot of blood, don't stand up right now” I fuss at him as Chan goes out of the room quickly. Chan comes back a few moments later with a bag of blood and a needle for the IV.

“Why are we doing this in the library again?” Lee Know whines as he ruffles his brown hair then leans against the bookshelf.

“Would you rather that he lose consciousness again?” I snap at him before I look over at Jisung and Chan. “Chan and Sung,move Changbin to his dorm or to the nurses,whichever is quicker. I want to be alone with Felix and for his privacy”

“Uh hello,I can’t go anywhere” Lee Know waves his hand as Chan and Jisung help Changbin out once he wakes up.

“Well no kidding,I thought you could leave. I have to get this blood into him.” I feel for the vein on his left arm then moved his hand to make a fist.

“How in the hell do you even know that?” Lee Know asks before coming closer as I push the needle into his vein as I hang it on a hook that is on the wall. Thankfully the cord is long enough for him so he doesn’t have to move at all.
